I've had great experiences the couple times I've had to bring my truck in for work. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They even went waaaay out of their way for me driving me in their courtesy shuttle to Edmonton which I appreciate very much.

I'm writing this on behalf of my Mother-in-law who had an experience I would like to share. While travelling to a function she noticed a sound her vehicle was making that made her uncomfortable. Being a senior and travelling alone she stopped at this dealership as it was the closest. She has never been there before and upon entering the service department she was greeted instantly with kindness and sympathy. The service manager went out of his way to accommodate her. Bottom line, he told her she would be fine to travel to her destination and the problem is minor in nature and can be attended to later. He even brought her a coffee for the road. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I didn't believe service like this existed but I was wrong. Sincerely

Always have a great experience at southfort chev from buying the truck I wanted this summer to taking care of it with its oil changes. The staff is very accommodating answers questions and are extremely pleasant.

Really bad experience tried to rip me off for two new keys to a pcm reprogram I go pay them 460 bucks go out to my truck start it original keys. I go back in next day they say oops we could reprogram your originals reimburse me 90 bucks still charged me for cutting the new ones I never got them I asked for a diagnostic 5 hours later sluffed me off till the end of the day. Still waiting. Selling our companies Ford stuff in the Auction switching to Dodge.

We dealt with Paul, Shawn and Ryan at Heartland and really had an incredible experience. They found solutions to get us into a vehicle that we wanted and a payment plan to fit our budget. I would recommend Heartland to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks you guys for treating us so well.

I've dealt with the am at Country Chrysler for years now and they have always done a great job and at a great price. The service team are more like family now than a business. It's almost a pleasure when my vehicle breaks down as it's always a good experience to deal with them. I would advise anyone to get to know them as I do and you'll never have a problem again. Once again I thank all them for the service.

Darrel and Matt were extremely helpful in purchasing my 2018 F-150. I was able to do everything over the phone and by email, and drove down from outside of Edmonton to pick up the truck. It looked great and had everything my wife and I wanted in it for features. This was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had, because it was stress free and I was able to trust they were giving me the best deal. I shopped around the bigger dealers in Edmonton and none of them provided the same level of service or were as helpful. Thank you again Matt and Darrel and I will for sure make the 3+ hour drive when it comes time to getting another vehicle.

I love the fact that there's never a dumb question when dealing with High River Toyota - he is always transparent with his answers and straightforward. Very knowledgeable. Over the years Ive had the pleasure of purchasing 2 silverado1500s. The parts dept. Helped me pick out tires and a leveling kit that gives my truck it's own personality. SPC is the only place I trust for sales and service. Tons of Expertise. Dedicated friendly Staff. Professional, reliable group of people. Hats off to the guy that runs the show!

I have never submitted an online review but I felt that I had to share my experience with Ash (sales) and the staff at Park Mazda in Sherwood Park Alberta. Due to a collision one of my vehicles was a total loss and I was now rushed to find a replacement a couple of weeks before Christmas. I was looking for a very specific premium used vehicle which had to have certain options. Frustrations with local dealers in Winnipeg led me to broaden my search. This led me to Ash and Park Mazda. Ash provided me with a Car proof, mechanical safety, original vehicle build sheet which detailed all of its options from the manufacturer along with over 60 photos. He answered all my questions. In communicating with Ash, he immediately gained my trust which is no easy feat. Ash gave me straight answers and got back to me in a very timely fashion with a straight answer when he needed to research it. From there Alyssa called me to arrange the financing and I was approved. Alyssa was aware that subject to financing, I would be booking flights ASAP. Alyssa expedited the process and I was able to book flights for my daughter and I to Edmonton that same evening. The next morning, we were greeted at the airport by Vanessa who drove 1/2 hr to come and get us. Vanessa was fun to chat with and made us feel very comfortable from the minute we jumped the vehicle. She safely shuttled us to Park Mazda where we met Ash and put a face to the name. We road tested the vehicle with Ash and it was exactly as described. Ash and the Manager Chris finalized the deal. Chris gave me a firm hand shake and looked me straight in the eye. To me that says a lot about a persons character. Randy the mechanic facilitated me taking a look under the vehicle. Randy was patient and was actively listening to my questions which he answered in terms I understood. Pat was a pleasure to talk to while he completed the finance and vehicle purchase documents. He treated us very well and we were done in no time. I have been driving for the last 26 years and have bought numerous vehicles. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had ! Ash gained my trust to the point that I was willing to fly to Edmonton to buy this vehicle. Every staff member we dealt with was attentive, personable, honest and genuine. Keep up the good work Ash, you listened to me and understood how important it was for me to have all the answers prior to flying to Edmonton. I can’t say enough about everyone I’ve listed in this review and especially Ash. Thanks for making my buying experience a pleasure. I had asked a few vehicle questions of a local Winnipeg dealer prior to calling Ash. Ash guided me through the whole entire process, we flew to Edmonton and purchase the vehicle before the local dealer even got back to me about my inquiries. We had a great 15 hour drive back home. Ash followed up by calling me to confirm we made it home safe and sound. Ash, Vanessa, Alyssa, Chris, Pat and Randy I wish you all the best. Dealing with the public can’t always be easy but you guys sure impressed me with your professionalism and 5 star level of customer service. Park Mazda may be 15 hours away from my home but they have gained my trust and I will look to them for my future needs.
