This is my first time purchasing from them. It was a great experience. I wasn't pressured in any way (which is a first), and ended up getting the car that I wanted. Graham was my salesman, and he was extremely courteous and helpful. I have purchased alot of cars in my day, and this was probably the best experience I've had. If you have a less than favorable credit history, I highly recommend you speak to them. They are much better to deal with than some of the other high risk lenders out there. They were also very fast with my approval. I could have had the car the same day if I wished. I can't speak to their service down the road, but from all of the policies we've reviewed together, and the warranty they offered, I rate my experience a solid 5/5

I am reporting this company to Amvic, they sold me a truck and told me it had been inspected and passed inspection, within 2 months the brakes, ball joints, alternator, clutch fan assembly and tires all needed replacing, and I never left town! Only put about 2thousand miles on it and thats another thing they did not disclose that it was an american vehicle with no block heater and that the truck was in miles not kilometers! AMVIC is going to do an investigation into all of their shady deals!

Although our initial experience with the dealer was poor, management and the sales team were able to step it up and provide amazing service. Walked out with a great deal on a new vehicle and have been impressed with the service department for warranty work and oil changes.

These people are not at all proffessional... they just sell car like they are doing highway robbery i bought a car and same day check engine light was on and VDC off when i told them they picked up my car but kept telling me that they know this car and they will not spend a dollar on it but they turn the light off anyhow...it came back on and when i contacted them again they had a same answer.. they can't spend dollar on it. Again they picked up a car from my work place and came back with a big scrach on door and said there is nothing wrong the light will go off automatically

The boys know. They know it all. Could not be happier with the service and knowledge they provided.
