I had a great experience dealing with Harry when purchasing my first car. I first contacted him through email on a car that was still in transit. Since I was the first to contact him he allowed me to have first look at the car when it arrived. Car was in impeccable condition. The interior leather had a bit of dirt on it and looked weathered but Harry guaranteed the car would have proper interior detailing and the leather would be reconditioned back to its former glory. I got the safety certificate at which they replaced with new brake pads, rotors and tires since they were not in the best of condition. I was able to test drive that same day and Harry showed the carfax which explained how the car was being serviced regularly and their was no accidents. Harry dealt with getting me new plates and permit stickers. When I got the car 3 days after purchase, the interior looked brand new and the car was clean with shiny tires and even the engine compartment was all cleaned. Throughout the whole experience I'd say the customer service here is first class. I naturally ask alot of questions and I have many long emails sent to Harry which he always responded quickly and with professionalism. Any issues I had he advised they'd do their best to resolve which they always did. I would recommend them to family and friends. Happy with my purchase here.

I had my car in for service yesterday and the customer service was flawless. It was a long day as extra work had to be done on my car and I was waiting for it.. Paul Ausman, service advisor, from beginning to end was very professional . He kept me updated on what was required, cost and how long it would take. Nancy and the 2 drivers were very accommodating and friendly and helped me accomplish other things, away from the dealership instead of just having to sit and wait. Also, thank you to Hora, the technician, for all his hard work and even delaying his lunch in order to get my car ready, as soon as possible. Thanks everyone.

Great Service!!! Ive bought a lot of cars over the years and Its hard to find a dealer that's straight forward and leaves the sales tactics in the 1990s. I didn't go through with purchasing the car through them but if I ever do buy a Honda, their door will be the first one i knock on. I dealt with Victoria and then Mark. He gave me the best price on the market bar none .I'm very picky when it comes to pricing and he was very accommodating. Even in finer details, he was able go help me try and make it work but unfortunately I decided to wait to get a car and he wasn't pushy. I highly recommended talking to these guys!
