Car Dealership

I've had great experiences the couple times I've had to bring my truck in for work. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They even went waaaay out of their way for me driving me in their courtesy shuttle to Edmonton which I appreciate very much.

Service department is awesome!

So nice abd frendly both Fran and Chris did an amazing job getting me into a car I love even tho my credit sucked will be back in 1 year

Amazing deals, great prices!

Couldn't ask for a better experience from a dealer. Got an amazing deal on an all new 2019 Ram 1500. Danny and Justin helped me through the whole process and made sure I understood, and was happy with the entire purchase. Would easily recommend Londonderry Dodge, and Danny, to friends and family to help you find your next vehicle.

This shop is a great alternative to going to a dealership for a used car. The guys that run this aren't salesmen, they're car guys. They will give you the straight up on the car you're looking at so there are no surprises when you leave the lot. The cars on the lot look to be in great shape and they check them over really well. And, dare I say it, I think their prices are a bit better than the other guys. We bought a truck from here about 4 years ago and are still in awe of the great deal we got on a great vehicle.

Called about an ad on Kijiji. Sales lady was very rude on the phone. She said the SUV had a couple issues. So I asked what they were. Her reply was "I don't know, I'm not a mechanic". I asked for the business name; she asked if I could read English because it's in the ad. It's not. Don't bother!!!!

This guy treated me better than my own family would have. I'm pretty cheap when I make big purchases so I made sure he had the cheapest truck I could use for work in all of Edmonton then expanded my searches to all of Canada (his prices could not be beat), once I realized what I was looking at I scrambled down there and bought it before someone else realized it was the deal to be had. I jumped the gun on it and bought it before I had all my ducks lined up I still needed to reissue my licence so I asked him if he wouldn't mind storing it for me while I deal with everything. Not only did he comply he wouldn't let me stay in a hotel, he put me up at his place, he drove me all over Edmonton, called in personal favors to help me deal with having slightly under par ID faster than I could have on my own and did all this AFTER the truck was fully paid for. This man is incredible he bent over backwards till he was standing upright again and set a new president for going above and beyond. I would give 100 stars out of 5 but I don't want to break Google.

They staff was very friendly from beginning to end. Only down side was web site said they are open Sunday's but they are not.

I needed an oil change and usually book my service visit, but on this day I stopped in and they were more than accommodating. The service was also completed earlier than expected. It was a great experience and the service staff were super pleasant.

Back in June of 2018 my son passed his driver’s license. On our way back home, we stopped at the dealership, as the "GIANTS" were parked along the road. After a quick picture to send to mom saying, "LOOK AT MY NEW RIDE". Fast forward to November, I was in the market for a new truck I called in interest for a F-350. Matt Irvine was assigned as my sales advisor. He returned my call and we began discussing my requirements for a truck. Upon searching inventory online, I found the truck that my son and I had looked at in June. A CUSTOM-BUILT DREAM MACHINE for my wife. I told Matt the story and We arranged for a test drive. The next day the TEAM at SHERWOOD FORD made it all happen. FLAWLESSLY, NO HASSLE, at a price that still baffles me (ITHINK I STOLE IT). I will be recommending this dealership to all.

I was shopping around for a used car earlier this year and was getting sick and tired of going to various dealerships, and looking at multiple cars. I saw all the typical sales tactics and almost gave up. But then a friend recommended this place and it was a breath of fresh air. I did not feel pressured and the whole process went smooth. Seems like they genuinely care about getting you in the car that you want , and as well as offering the best prices around. Would highly reccomend to any family and friend who is looking for a quality car at a great price

Liza is so helpful with service for my VW Tiguan. Thank you very much.

I will definitely deal with xs credit again as they gave me the best interest rate out of 5 places that i applied. Fast and easy approval ,no hassel . I will recommend xs credit to family and friends. Thank you xs credit for making this a painless experience and helping to make buying a vehicle an enjoyable experience. I will be back !! And thanks again Jamie Harms at londonderry dodge for setting up the deal with xs credit and myself.

My wife and I just bought a new 2019 Ford Edge at Freedom Ford in Edmonton. We have been buying a new car every four years for the last 20 and this was the best purchase experience ever! There was a genuine effort to determine our needs and desires and satisfy them with the very best result possible. Jon, Danny, Neil and Lornel and really everyone we encountered at Freedom were personable, efficient and informative. Thank you Freedom Ford!

Lisa McPolin is a fantastic service advisor. She is very thorough and a pleasure to deal with!

I got an oil change and an inspection done on my car a few weeks ago; during the inspection multiple problems were found with my brakes, my tire, and many other aspects of my car. Thankfully the service team was able to rectify most of these problems, and especially Jean who kept me informed and was extremely attentive. I have had an amazing experience with this dealership and I will be going back for future service.
