Car Dealership

My experience has been pretty good here compared to most dealerships. Service department was very respectful and quick, sales was not too pushy, and Mazda vehicles have a very high standard of production.

So happy that we decided to purchase our new (used) car from Kentwood. Miles above the competition in terms of the service we received - we never felt pressured, and always felt listened to. No shady tactics to try to get us to go over our budget. Shout out to Ramond for hooking us up with a great car that met all our needs, and was significantly under our budget. I would recommend Kentwood, and Ramond, to everyone!

Came to this dealership today and spoke with Keith. He was very informative and helped answer all the questions i had. I would recommed this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Koch Ford Lincoln is amazing! Federico Maya went above and beyond in the buying of my vehicle and so did all the other amazing staff. They did everything in their power to make my car buying experience amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer this dealership to anyone! I would give it a 10 star experience if I could.

Great service and even offered a ride to where i had to go! Thought i would have to wait to get my car serviced but they got me in the next day!! Only took a couple of hours and was done with my services and cost way less thani expected! Will be going back!

Been going there for about 20 years. Always fair and efficient.

I’m glad to know my Jeep is in good hands during a service. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Always letting me know if there are any concerns. Definitely recommend! 👍🏼

I am new to town and mistakenly arrived at Cam Clark Ford for a service appointment I had booked elsewhere. I was greeted warmly and in a very no pressure style was invited to consider them the next time I was seeking service. I shared that I was actually booked in for an oil change and to get a quote on two minor services. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed both of the services I was seeking had very affordable and easy "do it yourself" options and that NAPA across the street was likely to have what I needed. They expressed that were happy to do the work for me or to direct me to where I could do it myself. In one case I was looking to get my headlamps buffed so I could see better at night - $23 (NAPA) later and I have a DIY kit to try out this weekend! I ended up cancelling my original booking with the other service provider and opted to book in my oil change and service at Cam Clark Ford! As a woman with limited knowledge of the workings of my car, I was positively blown away by how they took the time to provide me with the details of different options and empowered me to give it a try myself (if that's what I wanted). Greatly appreciate the honesty and empowerment!

Excellent service

Absolute power couple running the place! Friendly, accommodating, and all around fantastic people. No sales pressure and were willing to work with my timeline even after delays wound up pushing the sale back considerably. I can't reccomend them enough!

For the past 3 years Erdem has been taking care of my vehicle and I could not be happier with the service I have received! Not only does he take the time to explain what I need done and why I need it, in addition, I never have any concerns after he has done the work. His pricing is great. Interactions on the phone or at the shop with Erdem and Kimberly are always positive and enjoyable. So glad to have found Double E Motors in the Bow Valley!

I recently purchased a from House of Cars and i was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. All told it was a very pleasant experience. Avi, my sales representative was friendly and never pressuring. He also gave me great advise to save on interest. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Driving around in my new and very well conditioned car, showing it off to my friends, all at a price lower than what I thought I would be spending on a vehicle in such good shape as well with a very low finance rate! The service and the patience I was given was amazing and I am very thankful for Guillermo helping me out with my situation, so thank you. 100% recommended for anyone with some trouble searching for a vehicle of their need.

This is my sixth vehicle purchase from Shaw and the level of service from sales and finance has always exceeded expectations. I have always used their service department and have complete confidence in ther quality of work.

Great service department with short wait times, personable staff, low pressure and easy to deal with.

Very pleasant and friendly service staff

My new Havoc X has already pushed a lot of snow! It is great. Kevin with CC cycle guided me through the purchase including accessories. The textron snow blade attachment was a little more money but well worth the $. Kevin was knowledgable, honest, candid and helpful. I am a supporter!"
