Car Dealership

Worst service ever, went in to look at the Odyssey and nobody even talked to us. I asked the front desk lady for help and she said arrogantly if no one is helping you that means they're all busy. Update: The manager Bjorn asked me to call him in my last review but I left two messages with no returns. I can't see this type of service in business for long.

Been awhile since i was here. Very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This is my first time purchasing from them. It was a great experience. I wasn't pressured in any way (which is a first), and ended up getting the car that I wanted. Graham was my salesman, and he was extremely courteous and helpful. I have purchased alot of cars in my day, and this was probably the best experience I've had. If you have a less than favorable credit history, I highly recommend you speak to them. They are much better to deal with than some of the other high risk lenders out there. They were also very fast with my approval. I could have had the car the same day if I wished. I can't speak to their service down the road, but from all of the policies we've reviewed together, and the warranty they offered, I rate my experience a solid 5/5

Lakewood Chevrolet is the best dealership my family has ever dealt with in the 30 years of buying vehicles. The friendly staff and easy customer service is above and beyond. I would recommend Lakewood Chevrolet to all my family and friends. Definitely will get our business again.

Bought my Ford fusion from here, great experience with buying the car very helpful during the process. this is the 3rd car i have bought from here

Best customer service. Beats all other location. I will visit this location anytime just because of how well they treat their customers. Keep it up.

Phenomenal service! They installed a remote starter for less then I was quoted at other places. Finished it in half a day and Stacy even took the time to show me how to use this awesome new car starter !! 5 stars. Highly reccomend

When I first walked in I was warmly greeted with a kind gentlemen named Alvin. He was very welcoming to the dealership. Very good communication when I was explained payments and vehicle options. I love my new Ram! THANKS ALVIN!

One of the best purchase experiences I’ve ever had!!! Everyone from the salesman to the manager to the finance staff were incredible. There are so many other dealerships out there that make you feel like it’s a privilege for you to shop with them At Sherwood Nissan it was a totally awesome experience!! They treat you with respect told you straight up what was what!! The salesman Gordon was very professional and went the extra mile to a sure that I was happy. Hannah in finance was incredible she was able to make the deal happen still treated me like she was interested in me not just pushing a deal through!! They will get all of my future business!!

Great place to deal with!!

I am always very pleased with the service I receive at the Sherwood Park Hyundai service centre. The staff is friendly, courteous and very thorough. They clearly explain the services that they recommend, as well as how much they will cost. I also really appreciate the complementary car wash.

Best car dealership in Edmonton

Krystal was extremely efficient and helped me understand everything I needed to know. She is very professional and cares about her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone that want to buy a vehicle and build their credit.

This dealership is the best in the city; great staff and supreme customer service provided. Belal "Billy" is excellent at his job and he played a major role in securing the deal with my family on an SUV! will come again for sure and I highly recommend people to pay a visit to River City Hyundai. I personally decided to visit the dealership and drove all the way from the south west side of the city- but it was a worthwhile trip at the end.

I am reporting this company to Amvic, they sold me a truck and told me it had been inspected and passed inspection, within 2 months the brakes, ball joints, alternator, clutch fan assembly and tires all needed replacing, and I never left town! Only put about 2thousand miles on it and thats another thing they did not disclose that it was an american vehicle with no block heater and that the truck was in miles not kilometers! AMVIC is going to do an investigation into all of their shady deals!

Love this dealership! Would highly reccomend Cj!

I had the best car buying experience ever at Platinum fine car today. Great customer treatment and great value for money car

I bought a used 1999 Toyota Rav4 from this company two years ago and I am very pleased I did. This company, at time of sale, told me to come back to them at any time if I had questions or concerns regarding the operation, maintenance, etc of this car, and they would look after this car. THEY HAVE BEEN AS GOOD AS THEIR WORD - I have 'popped in' a few times for them to check a situation that I felt should not be happening with the car, and they have immediately checked the car, adjusted whatever needed attention, and sent me on my way. IN SUMMARY, I bought a car AND a maintenance team.

After finally deciding to part wayswith my first vehicle I found myself feeling completely overwhelmed when looking for something new. I checked out a few places (I brought a male friend with me... let’s be honest.. I’m a walking target to be taken advantage of lol) anyways... i left every place feeling pressured and like I wasn’t getting the help I needed. A friend of mine recommended I try here as she had a good experience and it couldn’t have worked out better. Neither my friend or I were left with many questions, nor did I feel like I needed to bargain back and forth. All in all I left there with exactly what I wanted and now a few weeks later I have ZERO buyers remorse. Thank you Rahim for not being a salesman and actually helping me out!

I have a mitigated experience with them. Just bought a Corvette and I am in QC. The seller was good and car description just perfect. However, i sent the money by transfert and they got it the next day. Then they just decided to hold on the car for 7 days, after payment completed without prior notice. Then they ship the car to QC but they forgot the papers, so I had to wait 5 more days to put a plate on the car. Finnaly , they forgot to sign the registration they sent me back, and I had to argue to get it plated. Otherwise i would have had to send back the papers to get them to sign it. So good car, but administration need to wake up a bit.
