Horrible customer service. Have been trying to call them for 3 days. NO ANSWER. Who does business this way. Oh, I know..... audi barrie..... Have to now deal with PFAFF Audi in Vaughan. At least they answer phones.

All the staff we encountered were professional, courteous and helpful. Our salesman Tom was incredibly knowledgeable, he made us feel confident and comfortable and we enjoyed buying our car. We were more than satisfied with everything about our experience at Guelph Hyundai, we recommend the dealership and will return. We also love our new car!

I bought an Infiniti G37x from Royal City in the summer of 2017. The sales experience was fine, but what made this a 5 star experience was the reaction of the dealer when my car had problems. They took it in each time until the root of the problem was addressed (even after warranty period though for the same issue). They provided a loaner each time they worked on my car. At the end of it all I think the service team and the owner went above what I would have expected to make things right and make sure i was satisfied. Buying a used car can go sideways no matter what dealership you go to, but next time I'm in the market for a car Royal City will be where I go since I will have the peace of mind knowing I'll be well looked after.

It's a car dealership. Nothing fancy. The service people have always been great to me and when there's been issues, they've done their best to accommodate inconveniences. There is coffee, tea, water and fruit in the waiting area, which is nice. There is also free WiFi which makes waiting around for your vehicle to get services a little more bearable.
