I want to thank Barrie Nissan for helping me find the perfect car for me. Unfortunately it was not with their dealership or their company. After my last visit to this dealership I ended up buying my brand new car from someone else. I will say that the sales people that I did speak to from this dealership were friendly. If you are going in to here speak to the Michaels they are both professional and knowledgeable associates and appreciate the help they did give. Very friendly and definitely represent you guys well. However I did not enjoy the vibe I received from the sales manager. Any positive experience from the sales staff basically got thrown out the window. We would be left waiting between 20-40 min to speak to him if we came in after the sales associate wasn't in. Plus didn't feel any help in negotiations for pricing and felt pressured to finalize the deal. As I said before if you are going in speak to either one of the Michaels, those guys are great. As well I hope that this helps improve the dealership and your experience shopping there.

The parts manager Zee did an amazing job helping me source the parts I needed for my vehicle. Great guy to deal with, highly recommend the parts team.

Living in Barrie and with rain it's receive my engine took on some water. I called Jackson Toyota and had the pleasure of being taken care of by a gentleman by the name of Jim Barrett. Exceptional customer service, took the time to explain to me the repairs before making any repairs. Jim in my opinion went above and beyond during this repair, which was done efficiently, on time and cost was better then three other quotes, That I looked into before making my decision to have my Rav4 services. I wish the auto repair industry had more Jim Barrett's who actually care about the quality of work he and his team provide. I will be returning and would recommend this location based on my friendly, professional experience that I received. I returned with what I thought might be an electrical issue with my headlights. This in my experience is usually an Oh no it could be a thousand things. A quick change out and new bulb was all that was required but in some shops this becomes and $800. Job, not the case here just transparency and integrity while doing business with Jim Thank you again for the positive experience.

I bought my car from Markham's dealership and I had a terrible experience. I came to Barrie to purchase a car for my brother and Richard Flor showed an excellent customer service, very informative and patience. Will definitely go back to this guy. Hyundai needs to hire more guys like him. Props to you man.

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Moffatt's Mazda. We love how we are treated the minute we enter the facility. Our Sales person Amber Marlow is the best. She is always so full of life and makes us laugh everytime we see her. When she sees us in for our Oil Change she always makes sure she stops buy for a little visit while we wait. We recommend to anyone we talk to who is in the market for a new car Moffatt's Mazda and that they have to see Amber.

Great experience using Acura of Barrie to fix my car after an unfortunate accident with an icy road and curb. lots of damage underneath. Nathan was thorough, amazing and dealt with my insurance company from the start. I would recommend Acura of Barrie, in particular Nathan from service. He will take care of you.

I bought my first and only new car from this location. A 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. They were extremly friendly and knowledgeable. They have in the last 4 years continued to wish me happy birthday , offer great competitive rates on car maintenance services. They know me by name when I walk in the door. When it comes time to purchase my next car. I know where I'll be going.

Had an oil change done here for the first time and they were very polite and even washed and vacuumed my car as part of the deal. Pretty awesome!

She was not only warm, but so knowledgeable. If you are in the market please go and see Jennifer Kennedy, you won’t be disappointed. Best Honda dealership we have been so far. We are going back.
