Car Rental

Nice guys. Happy to pick up / drop off.

Excellent customer service from Colby. He was extremely resourceful and understood the situation and urgency.

Great customer service and very helpful and informative. Nice selection of vehicles. They very helpful with dealing with my insurance company and kept me updated throughout the rental.

No issues with the rental but this location is SO unpleasant to look at. The building is falling down around you. Service was excruciatingly slow but at least we made it out.

Great receptionist girl, she was smiling & welcoming to all customers, also she answered all my concerns

No stars for Avis. They've lost my business. I've used them many times and found the staff to be helpful. But beware: the website suggests that paying online is the cheaper option. So, I paid online for my Thanksgiving weekend rental, indicating I would return the car first thing on the Tuesday morning. The charges, according to the receipt from Avis, were $178 less than my pre-pay, but their policy does not permit refunds on pre-paid rentals. I was completely misled by the website. I'll never pre-pay again, and I'll never use Avis.

The worse car rental company ever! Rude customer service! Even the head office in U.S. I have a coupon that's valid until 31st of December 2018, and the day I'd like to rent is 17th of December. Still not even holiday though and then they say it doesn't apply because it's during holiday. How come you haven't even mentioned the dates in your terms and condition! Unbelievable!

Best prices and very helpful staff with quick rental and drop off.

Fast service with returning the vehicle that my daughter rented. Lots of different vehicles to rent. Convenient!

Only place that still open on a late late sunday evening you can rent a car.

They had good rates and good service. But the tires on their cars at least the one I got was not designed for the environment. In the middle of winter in Duluth mn it should have all season tires for the safety of the customer and their vehicle.

Cheap and cheerful. Good solution for truck rental and utilitarian cars

Best car rental agency, ever. Love this place.

We rent a 10 seater from Jameson's every year. Great service, friendly staff, clean and safe vehicles!

The phone number is useless. The lady working there either turns it off, or just doesn't like answering it. I have had to go there in person every time I need anything.
