I should have done this a long time ago, I needed my car repaired quickly before a vacation, even though they were over booked they completed my car on time for my vacation, it was hit again two weeks ago and brought it back there because of their exceptional service. Don’t waste your time elsewhere!

Not good leasing company, This company harassment all the time I should report this company, I had the vehicle over 7 years now, had troubles making payments but they get the money payments, now has of today’s date December 7th, 2018, Northstar acceptance says the balance of the vehicle is $775.30.someone said to me that I should go and talk to someone Legal about this problem troubles that I’m getting with this company. And the vehicle is a Lemon I had problems with vehicle so much has going wrong every since that I got the vehicle on December 23, 2011, that’s the date, that I picked up the vehicle. And now the value is gone it’s away Too old and it’s a Lemon 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, I put a lots of money in to this vehicle. The transmission went first we got it and The starter went too about the four stater timing belt, mascara for sensor all the sensors And there’s a whole a leak of the vehicle Sitter sitter wheeler problems I was so mad that’s why had troubles keeping up making payments because it seems That the vehicle always had a problem Not just having a Job low income big mistake by getting this vehicle at first I should’ve did my research or do vehicle background check about the vehicle now i know not to make the same mistakes about vehicles what vehicle to get. What a lemon. I’m so disappointed about this vehicle.

Driver of vehicle 716 repeatedly gave me the middle finger for no apparent reason while driving in the Niagara area. Incredibly disappointing behaviour.

Initially I chose to rent with Alamo simply by comparing cost. However I continue to rent only with Alamo, the reasons being courteous and intelligent rental agents, timely service, cars and vans which are clean and dependable and lastly, pricing which fits nicely into my budget.

Great trucks

We were referred here by our car dealership (Mullane) while our car was being serviced. First we had to go to them to get the car, instead of the car being at the dealership like it was supposed to be. Then we arrived at the location in Lockport and no one was there. So we had to play phone tag to get someone to bring a car to the location. So after all that, the car was not ready for us and we had to wait for them to clean it. But wait, it doesn’t end there! After using the car for a week, and returning it to the dealership as instructed by Hertz, on Friday we are still being charged (over $200) for the rental that was included with our car being serviced! I called several times over the weekend, to hear a message that no one can help me until Monday between 8 and 5. So after calling first thing Monday, and hearing that they messed up, being reassured everything was now corrected, I get a call at 4:45 pm telling me my rental car has still not been returned! So I can’t get anyone at the Lockport location again, because it’s after 5 pm. I try the 1800 number, only to be asked ridiculously specific questions like “the exact time of the return, and the address of the dealership returned to” because I am supposed to know this off hand. After telling the representative I didn’t know, I was rudely told to call back when I was ready to talk to her and hung up on. Rest assured I will be calling first thing tomorrow to once again get this taken care of, but this has been the most unorganized and unprofessional car rental I’ve ever had. I hope to never use Hertz again! Poor customer service, poor communication, and all around a nightmare!

This is a review of Zipcar in all locations. I’ve used them about 5 times and 3 if those times I’ve had to switch my car at least twice because the cars were filthy. The customer service is helpful which is the only reason it has 2 stars. The availability of cars is lacking in the midtown corridor, and the fact I have to return to the same lot is wildly inconvenient. Their policies are arbitrary, and I don’t find that they have any real motivation to keep business. Looking for another car sharing service worthy of my hard earned dollar.
