I always rent a car from this location and i never had any problem dealing with all of the employees here and managers. I always had a great time renting from enterprise. the service and price is very reasonable and as a member for 6 years, i always get the good and flexible price and once in a while i got free upgrade like from small SUV to Brand new 2018 Wrangler JK unlimited for $31 per day! That's unbeatable deal!. Good job guys specially their manager Jozo, and the two awesome guys name Patrick and Prashant. I always recommended the enterprise to all of my friends and all of them are satisfied with the service and price. More power to all of you and thank you! See you again soon!

These people don't know how to drive or how a 4 way stop works.

Not sure if this is even a real company... i got to the Saskatoon Airport, called for my shuttle as instructed and was told by the woman who picked up that ACE often booked rentals through their fleet without checking if cars were actually available. So even though ACE sent a confirmation and I spoke to a representative that very morning to confirm, they were lying the entire time and didn't have a car for me. They left me high and dry and I would recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Rented convertible for a day and was very satisfied. Got some extra time because it was raining and was offered to keep the car for longer time to enjoy it more. Thank you, definitely coming back for another ride!

My husband and I were looking for just the right working vehicle, we search and search for a long time on line and at car dealerships but no success. Until we were visiting in saskatoon and came across Driving Force, we couldn't believe just how many kinds of working vehicles there was to choose from. We decided to go in and inquire. We met James Krawchuk and he was so helpful we felt so comfortable talking with him it was like talking to an old friend, he ask us exactly what we were looking for, we told him what we had been searching for and the specific needs we had to meet the needs for our flooring company in a work van, and he showed us a few options and we couldn't believe that there was not only what we were looking for, but extra features that would work even better for our needs. We were so excited we had found our perfect working van!! We couldn't get it that day since we weren't expecting to find something that day and we were going on a holiday in a few days. We were happy to have found the one, but were sad we weren't leaving with it. But what a pleasant surprise when we got back our dream van was still waiting for us. We got in touch with James again and he was really helpful again and prepared everything so that the following week we can pick our new van. We totally recommend anyone to go to Driving Force, you will have excellent service and great experience. Thanks again for helping us find our dream van. I have been renting with Avis for 6 years quite regularly but it had always been at another location. While I have always had great people helping me at all locations, I have to say I'm so impressed with Hamza at the 1st Ave location. He definitely went above and beyond. If everyone in a customer service role was like this guy, the world would be a totally different place! I had some damage to my rental a few hours into my trip and gave him a quick call to infom him, not only did he remember exactly who I was despite it being a busy day, but he also did such a great job at reassuring me that everything was fine and I should not worry and enjoy the rest of my trip! This is huge for me, because my natural tendency is to get a bit worked up over the damage but just the conversation with him calmed me down to the point where I just really didn't worry at all, and very much enjoyed my trip. This isn't common, I've been in customer service myself for over a decade, and I am very aware and conscious of the people helping me - there aren't many out there like him. I'd give him 100 stars if I could. Thank you Hamza!
