Had a bumper repair from a deer, took quite awhile to get in my new bumper, then they didn't want to replace the fog light "because it wasn't there when my vehicle was brought to them" but it was smashed from the deer. It was eventually replaced because this was an insurance claim and was covered the entire time. Then they installed the bottom piece of the bumper wrong so it hung too low and I kept bottoming out when I drove around town. They did finally fix this mistake as well.

My first impression of this company was positive, I had received great customer service over the phone and I was under the impression that everything was set up and I would have a rental for the week while my car is in the shop. However, once I got there I was asked questions about my insurance policy that were not even mentioned to me once over the phone and this resulted in over 2 hours of sitting at Enterprise while trying to figure out the insurance confusion. After hours of calling and miscommunication I was not granted a rental which was V E R Y inconvenient because I was under the impression that they had all the information they need upon my arrival and it was going to be an easy and fast process. I recommend they ask and get all the information necessary for the rental process before the customer arrives understanding that they will have a rental. It is also very upsetting that before they were even done the process they had me pay the $150 deposit that will now have to be mailed back to me considering I do not have a vehicle to drive back to enterprise to get my money back. Extremely frustrating and an absolute waste of my time.

The first thing that you see at the entrance is a large rat trap when you open the door. Seating for customers in the office are gunky and covered with gum on the sides. The representatives seem disinterested to help me rent a car as they were looking at their phones when talking to me and provided inconsistent information.

Made reservation a month ago. Got a phone call saying I will have a truck guaranteed. But they decided to rent out the truck I was suppose to have, told me to drive almost two hours to pick up a different truck. Just wow. Called Calgary and spoke with one of the supervisor and response was terrible and unfriendly.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Cassy at Trucar. She helped us in our time of need! Truck broke down on Friday of the long weekend. Had to leave it in Vermilion for the week. Cassy got us the only rental vehicle in town that we could tow with. Thank you so much for your help and empathy. TruCar and Cassy was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you !!!! You saved our vacation The SUV was a little pimped out for a fishing trip but it got the Job done.
