Car Rental

My huaband and I were left stranded at the airport due to no car being left for us and no number to contact for problems with our car rental reservations. As of 9 30 the next moring we still have not been able to contact anyone about the car rental. They open at 9. If we did not have family in town to pick us up we would have had to pay for cabs everywhere. This has been a bad time due to the car rental.

Never has cars but will let you reserve them

Worse customer service, every body is boss there, giving car without agreement. All the car smells like weed. Most of car has bearing problem. Very cheap service

Good

Very responsible & professional staff; they follow you up with emails during an ongoing rental -even of a day.

Great service, respectful and pleasant experience with Happy rent a car. They've definitely got another repeat customer here.

Used to be a great rental location. Now there is a new "Branch Manager" with an attitude. The insurance authorized an standard car for me and she gave me a compact one just because. I did not mind and I was on a hurry so I just take it. This was a replacement rental booked by my insurance, and she refused to set up a ride to the shop and told me that they don't do rides pass the HW401 that's a 10 min walk. It's a shame but she won't help you. PS: according to the website policies the limit is 10 miles.

Lovely car, good rates and friendly service. My go-to, 5 stars!

Awesome location!! Staff is amazing especially when working on the weekends. I received my car quickly and it was very clean. Keep up the great work Team Civic !!

Excellent staff

Great customer service, very friendly and also very understanding and patient.

Thank you for making my last rental enjoyable. The car was very clean. It was exactly what I needed. It was a pleasure doing business.

A bit pricey but good service although I was not impressed by the damage to the rear tale gate to the 18 foot cube van I rented one of my helpers fell and hurt himself pretty good. This could have been easily fixed by bolting on a new rear bumper./tailgate. Both sides had magor damage which resulted in them being gull winged leaving the rear bumper/tailgate on a 45 degree angle. If not for the handle on the back of the truck that my helper had a hold of he would've suffered major injury and or death. The bruising to his left arm, leg and back are pretty extensive.
