Great location. Staff is very nice and helpful when booking reservations. I always rent from here with no issues.

Good service, friendly staff. We were in a bind and was able to get a rental right away and easily add a day when our vehicle wasn't ready.

Amazing staff and really flexible

Very disappointed with this experience. Car rental for a business trip in Lloydminister. Representative falsely informed me my card would not be accepted (WestJet Credit Card) because it's a debit\credit card. Surprised by this as I never had a problem before, I called CC and confirmed it is not. Went back to booth (10 min later) and the rep left the site leaving me without a car in a new town. Don't normally write bad reviews, but was compelled by this incident. Business customers beware. Hertz and Enterprise are now getting my companies business.

We needed a vehicle while ours was being repaired and were able to rent a well appointed Chrysler 200. It exceeded our expectations, totally. For years there were no car rentals available in Hanna, but this business brings Hanna into the forefront of small rural towns in Alberta. Our hat's off to you Practicar!
