I have to let you all know about my experience with Discount Rental. i had been involved in a car accident where I took my vechicle to Triple K Autobody, another place where everyone needs to look at taking your vehicle if it was in an accident, Stewart is Fantastic, Jennifer from Discount rental met me at the location to deliver my rental SUV. We wen t through the rental agreement and I was on with the rest of my day. A couple days later my cell phone rang and here it was Jennifer calling to make sure everything was working out for me and if there was anything she could help me with, please to let her know. She really caught me off guard because I was having a rough day and her call, what she really did was express her thoughtfulness and how much she cares about her customers. She is a pure delight to talk with on the phone, she is very professional and goes the extra mile to make Disount Rental stand out in your mind for the next time I need to rent a Vehicle. I will also make sure that I deal again with this great Customer Service rep, Jennifer because she has won my trust and that says alot when talking Customer Service. I also hope that upper management reviews these comments because Jennifer needs to be commended on a job well done.
