I visited this location for the first time and it was great! The employees were extremely friendly and we had great conversations with lots of laughs. I'm definitely returning to this location for all my future rentals! I highly recommend them!

Both staff members that helped us were very friendly and worked to meet our needs. However, there was only one person on staff on a Saturday afternoon by the airport and they were responsible for picking up people and dropping off people at the airport, working the front desk and bringing cars in and out of the garage for customers. When I arrived there was a line up at the locked door and two more people behind me. It was about a 45 minute wait. I prebooked a Toyota Corolla for fuel economy and got a Chrysler 300S which is a sporty car with a larger engine. The boss, Jason, offered me a 5% discount which equals $3. I called the boss to ask for a better discount. No answer and left a message but never heard back. I gave two stars for the friendly customer service despite the staff being overworked and dealing with angry people and for the clean car. Having said that, I consider this to be a terribly run company and would never consider renting from here again.

We had such a fantastic experience at this Enterprise location! Firstly we were greeted at the door, with such a warm atmosphere by the staff. Then we had the pleasure of meeting and being assisted by Asma. She was the best and clearly is amazing with people! Whilst the car was being prepared for us, she chatted and laughed with us, making us feel welcome rather than just a number! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Thanks Asma and the team!

I called to check if I could do a same day oil change. Service advisor Mackenzie was simply awesome to collect parts and complete the oil change. On top she arranged a free car wash for my car. I got the same great service from different staffs for last 4 years. Keep it up SUMMIT

Just go to one of the many other rental places in Leduc. This one isn’t worth the headache.

Renting from National is difficult if you're an Edmonton resident w/o any flight activity as they've no outlets in the city proper. The ETS "747" bus makes doing so a snap though ($5 from Century Park). As an Emerald member the level of service I experienced was exceptional. EIA staff were courteous, helpful and went the extra mile on a couple of points. Best for me is the "any car in the aisle" feature; I've a bad back and being able to sit in a vehicle before I drive away in it is special. Appreciate the support and thoroughness of the staff. Rental costs are well and accurately documented, as are the options and choices available to me. Check-in / check-out are expertly & courteously handled.

The car was good. The person working at Enterprise was pushy and fast. Felt like I was buying a Ford Pinto from a Used Car salesmen. He did not show us anything on the car. How to use the remote start for example. He was more concerned about all the extra insurance charges. Told wife and I that if we get a rock chip in the windshield, it would cost us $700.00 out of our pocket is a perfect example. Gets two stars just for the newness and size of the car. The car didn't do anything wrong here, Enterprise did

There was an error on pricing at pick-up which the staff promptly corrected. Staff was courteous and efficient. Returning car was a breeze. Good job guys. Will rent again.

Great service by Jay and good vehicles, no doubt he has these many reviews, excellent customer service and good knowledge about vehicles, explained me about connecting Bluetooth on the Dodge caravan, it was pretty tricky, but Jay helped and made me comfortable with the new vehicle. Would definitely come back to rent.

My family and I had a really great experience with Airways Trucks. Carmen was super helpful from day one and helped us with our truck rental. Most places don’t allow you to tow a trailer with their trucks but Airways was super supportive and found a solution that worked for us. They had a great offer and allowed us to tow our camper trailer with one of their trucks through the Rockies. We would definitely recommend their services.

I’ve relied on Gary Grewal for frequent business travel for 7 years and am 100% happy with his service. Safe, clean, reliable, friendly service is important especially for airport trips and Gary hits the mark. I also appreciate that, being a smaller company, the service feels more personal.
