Made reservation a month ago. Got a phone call saying I will have a truck guaranteed. But they decided to rent out the truck I was suppose to have, told me to drive almost two hours to pick up a different truck. Just wow. Called Calgary and spoke with one of the supervisor and response was terrible and unfriendly.

Such great customer service at the Sherwood Park location. We had a scheduling issue, and they were very accommodating to come up with a solution that would work for everyone involved. It's such a breath of fresh air to deal with such wonderful customer service representatives :)

Had a terrible experience with 3 other uhaul places who wouldn't take back the truck. This place was the only one that offered any assistance whatsoever. Thank you to Crystal for being the only representative interested in helping us or even allowing us to return a truck as scheduled.
