Car Rental

Got a rental loved the car i rented now i own one :)

Well where do i start the two ladies were very nice dont get me wrong here but I had to wait well over 2 months for my 300.00 deposit to be returned i called after the 10 days because they hold it incase you get caught in one of them red light cameras. so anyway when i called they said ohhhh your supposed to give us a call in 10 days we dont call anybody ???? really yyyy this is absurd to say the least the vehicle i picked up was dirty to hide the scratches but i headed straight to the carwash and called them saying i was bringing the car back so they can add all the damage (scratches) this vehicle had but was told dont worry needless to say the 2 weeks i had the car it was always on my mind (okay) when i bring it back seeing they dont call you at anytime telling you your deposit cleared they will say the scratches i did WOW WHAT A RELIEF THIS WAS anyway if you dont call them in 10 days they will not call you whatsoever where in canada is there such a policy such as this in the end i will say this to me they were hoping i would forget about the deposit some do as they are on holidays and cant remember everything but hey!!! be careful set yourself a reminder to call them in 10 days they hope you will just forget about it but i finally got a cheque and this took 12 days to get when i was told oh yeah 5the cheque was sent out got the cheque but i will not ever rent from here again.... you ladies were very much i do appreciate this but whoever owns this place wake up and catch up with the industry here PEOPLE DO WANT THE DEPOSITS BACK OR DID YOU ALSO FORGET????? JUST PISSED AT HOW THEY RUN THIS PLACE....

Needed a 5 ton for an emergency, dealt with Melissa and received amazing service, would use again for sure. Great service and pricing!!!

Called last minute for a rental as I got into an accident that same day. Staff was super helpful and they even came to pick me up!

The employees working there are really helpful and stay after their working hours to help you

Good

Handy, very efficient and fast.

The team went well above and beyond to help! Had car accident at 8am and by 11am they had us in vehicle and beat other locations on both price and most importantly, service.

Great prices! The car size we chose was not available so they upgraded us with no extra cost to a nice car. The only glitch for us would be that they are a bit short staffed and we had to wait for a bit to check out. Shuttle service was efficient!

Mitchell was super helpful. Used this location a few times. always positive.

If you have CIBC credit card take advantage of the discount they have and the auto insurance for rental below $65k MSRP if I remember right. They are a great company and swift service

Bad service unbelievable experience dishonest and wasting time.

Fantastic customer service , I have been in customer service for over 15years this place knows how to treat folks like people , I have used them 2x times a month for over year would highly recommend you Give them a try :)

Excellent service from reservations, check in and return. Professional staff taking time to review contract. Check in was quick, easy with respect. Alamo is my 1st choice when it comes to renting a vehicle. Thank you..

Great and friendly staff, nice cars and SUVs, easy to pickup and drop off car. Close to the Winnipeg International airport makes pickup and drop off easy, gas station on grounds of airport. I highly recommend using Avis Winnipeg!

The rental desk seemed short staffed, then when we finally got to the front of the line we were told there would be a 20 minute wait for the car! Would not recommend.
