Car Rental

Mercedes (rep) provided my friends and I quite possibly the greatest customer service experience that i have ever encountered and I am in sales! We had 2 friends who flew in 6 hours late and came in after the car rental places had closed. Mercedes thought completely out of the box and was able to get us a car at 1am in the morning. 5 star service all the way

My huaband and I were left stranded at the airport due to no car being left for us and no number to contact for problems with our car rental reservations. As of 9 30 the next moring we still have not been able to contact anyone about the car rental. They open at 9. If we did not have family in town to pick us up we would have had to pay for cabs everywhere. This has been a bad time due to the car rental.

Une petite grafigne sur le bas d'un bumper ( Voir la mini mini grafigne au milieu en bas ) de la grosseur d'une efface a crayon à été une réclamation de 877$ de la part de discount. La plupart des compagnies de location ont une tolérance beaucoup plus souple. Je n'ai jamais eu affaire à une compagnie de location qui ne tolère pas l'usure normale. Renseignez vous! Aucune flexibilité chez discount au centre des réclamations. ( Malgré le retour de discount sur ce post, ils gardent le cap et charge 877$ pour une SCRATCH miniature ) Je suggère par exemple Enterprise qui ont une tolérance beaucoup plus grande avec un guide claire qui permet de l'usure normal.

I was helped by Brandon Roy and he made my day! I went in hopes of renting a Jeep Wrangler for the day after reserving an economy car. Brandon was very willing to accommodate my request. He went above and beyond for me! I would recommend enterpise in Sault Ste. Marie and I will use them every time that I visit my family in the future. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Best truck rental. No issues, got the truck in less than 15 minutes and everything ran fine.
