Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery

I had breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy 5/10/16. I also had breast reconsruction. Dr Bisseck was a wonderful Dr.and individual! I know me and my family were going to like him from day 1. Well acually we Love him and his staff now. He did an Awsome job and has been there for me whenever I needed him! I'm so grateful for him and wouldn't have had anyone else!!!! Thank you Dr Bisseck, and your wonderful staff for making me whole again😘 We love you all😘 Carol and Robert!

I had a scar on my face for years but too scared to go under the knife. I was so lucky to find Dr. Berhane, he did a fantastic job! He made me feel so comfortable and even let me play whatever I wanted through the procedure since I was awake so I got to catch up on my ebooks, lol. Also, I love the staff. Sierra answers all my questions and makes me feel at home every time I visit.

Poor Patient Experience! I originally chose Dr. Codner due to his affiliation with Piedmont Hospital. Just wanting some skin tightening and mini face lift before my wedding! Upon developing a treatment plan we put everything in motion. Day of surgery after filling all the prescriptions and pre surgery instructions, booking time off and paying for everything, I get a call at 6am on my way to the surgery center from Dr. Codner saying he has the flu! Ok, this happens. We all become sick at one point in our life. And I'd rather not have a surgeon operate on my face if they aren't feeling well. But after 4 weeks of no correspondence from the office, no rescheduling, no apology call, I called to ask for my money back. If that's the service one can expect then No Thank You! I had to unwind all the payments to get my refund. My first procedure they overcharged me. I was always calling the office to see when my surgery was scheduled and seemed to be fairly disorganized. My time is valuable.

I had an otoplasty (ear pinning) done with Dr. Jones and I am very impressed with the results. He is a knowledgeable man and walked me through everything step by step as well as multiple follow-up visits. Before the surgery I explained that I was highly susceptible to keloid scarring and he did his best to prevent that. Nevertheless, I still managed to get a very tiny keloid behind the back of my ear that he treated for free with great success. Thank you for everything Dr. Jones and your delightful staff.

I had my surgery done by Dr. Griffin as well a few years ago and I totally agree with you that the enitre staff was warm and welcoming and very professional. Everyone was very helpful. I hope to go back very soon for some more UPLIFTING expieriences ;-)
