I have used the basin clinic's services for years . Always pleased with the outcome. From the plastic surgery and hair to a simple botox . I trust these people and had a good experience.

If I would have the option to select negative start I would. My experience has been the worst. I can NOT believe I let this doctor touch my body. I had a Tummy Tuck and supposedly Lipo which he never did, the only thing he did made my body worst. When I had the consultation he explained to me that he was going to do Liposuction in my back and he never did because there was not even a little whole from the cannula. I'm dramatized with my results because my body looks horrible. I went back to him with this complaint and he said that he could TRY to fix but he had to charge me again. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this doctor to anyone not even my worst enemy.

After meeting with Dr Anita, I was convinced that she not just has the experience but also the right attitude to genuinely help and think in the best interest of her patients. Dr. Val is an amazing doctor. She’s has an amazing spirit as well. I’ve given her a rating of a 5 because she’s extremely knowledgeable, she’s very professional and patient as ever. I’ve never had surgery in my life ever. I’ve never been sick to be hospitalized. I wasn’t very sure to trust any doctors with my life. However, After meeting Dr. Val, things changed, she’s attentive to your needs and a great listener. She heard my cries. She heard my concerns. I was very apprehensive about seeing a surgeon. But my health problems, and physical pain and other concerns just grow. I had a consultation with Dr. Val and was pleased with the visit. I had surgery within the next month. She did everything in per power to make me feel comfortable herself, and the staff at Northside Hospital. I’m extremely pleased with my recovering time. She’s called to check on me, and make sure I’m taking meds properly. She’s responded promptly to every call. For my followup visits, the entire staff is amazingly nice and courteous. I would recommend her, and her staff and Northside to anyone looking for a professional place to work with. I’m extremely pleased with my outcome of my surgery!! Life is great!! Swan

I am 52 and have had breast cancer twice in the same breast. I was 36 the first time. I had a lumpectomy, radiation and chemo. Fourteen years later at he age of 50 it was discovered I had cancer again in the same breast. I had a mastectomy followed by 6 months of chemo. I opted to have the right breast taken off about a year later and started reconstruction with expanders and implants...it was not successful. I researched and had consultations with several different doctors. I knew immediately after meeting Dr Wang and Dr Shih that they were the ones I wanted taking care of me. I had a bilateral Diep flap surgery and am so pleased with the results. Dr Wang and Sr Shih are compassionate and caring along with being on the cutting edge of this new type of breast reconstruction. They also have a great staff, I could not be more pleased with my care.

Dr. Mackay is simply Amazing!! From his work to bad manners he will get the highest star in my book. He made the whole process very easy. Also his office has the most professional and kind personal. I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Healy and his staff are consumate professionals from the front office making you feel comfortable, back office even helped with financing and Dr. Healy himself really listening to my concerns. My friend had gone to him for the same procedure I wanted to do, a blepharoplasty for both eyes. She looked amazing with no visible scaring giving me the encouragement to make a consultation appt. I cant say enough about the kindness and gentle demeanor of Dr Healy as he guided me through what the process would entail. I liked that he took before photos and posted these through a private website for me to view. I was able schedule the surgery in a timely manner and could call the office manager Jackie anytime and she is very knowledgeable. The surgery went as planned, and I took pictures of myself everyday to watch the healing process unfold. Today at six months out I am wearing eye shadows and eyeliner again and really enjoying feeling that my eyes are younger looking. Dr. Healy and staff really delivered, I still see him today and wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a holistic minded, kind and professional plastic surgeon.

Dr. Cho reconstructed my daughter’s cleft lip that was wider than normal, which made her nose collapse. He did a wonderful job making her nose symmetrical and making her lip so natural looking. 100% recommending Dr. Cho!
