I have had generally good results here but unfortunately they do not answer the phone which is problematic for customers from out of town like myself.
It gets worse... I drove in on a Saturday when they were supposed to be open but they were closed. So I had to stay in Calgary for two nights until Monday morning to pick up my package. When I got there they denied they had been closed Saturday and said they didn't have my package. I pushed my way into the back and found my package while they yelled at me. So I am reducing my star rating to one star.
Hey UPS store: you need to pick up your game if you want good reviews. Remember that your customers are depending on you so: 1. communicate with them and be nice 2. be dependable 3. keep track of your packages. Seems like these should be minimum expectations in your kind of business but you didn't meet them. Keep trying.

Mr Singh personally packaged and shipped a very delicate and valuable item to Ontario as per my request. When the parcel arrived and I saw the double boxing, packing peanuts, bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard roll material that Mr Singh used to pack my item, my worst fears of damage were gone like a fart in the wind!!! I work night shift and had emailed Mr Singh on my lunch break at 2:30 a.m. and was shocked when he replied at that hour. I will most definitely use and recommend the services provided by Mr Singh. I have no doubt he applies to same professional standard and efforts to all services provided at his location. Thank you again Mr Singh for you assistance, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
