Didn't show up for a scheduled pickup, and when we called 3 days later the customer service woman was completely rude (I wish I could share the rudeness in her voice) and she asked why we didn't call sooner. Does that really matter at this point? We were busy and didn't notice the shipment sitting on our pickup shelf. Absolutely ridiculous. Confusing parking lot

So far I want to give this company a 0 star, but I am forced to at least give it 1, because I have tried calling the Woodstock location for days now and left messages and no one returns the call. They called us 2 weeks ago to schedule a delivery between 2-4 on a specific day and I had my father in law come and wait and they never showed up. Never got a call back to follow up. This is absolutely horrible. I feel like my item is basically being held hostage and I've paid for it! Horrible Horrible Horrible is all I have to say. On a positive note, the main Toronto office has been helpful in trying to get in contact with the Woodstock location, so my complaint is mainly for the Woodstock location.
