Unfortunatly I had to give this location 1 star. The information on their website/google is very misleading. I wanted to drop off a package for DHL pickup however they don't do drop-offs, the staff wasn't very helpful specifically an older woman there. Not only that, but their hours are wrong online. Luckily I made it within 10mins of closing just to be disappointed.

Worst delivery company ever! I was expecting a package from Walmart and was home all day. All they did was call my husband's mobile ONCE when he was busy and couldn't answer the phone. They never even bothered with the buzzer! And now we are supposed to go and pick up our stuff ourselves. When I called canpar customer service they absolutely seriously called this single phone call a proper delivery attempt and in the end just hung up on me!! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Horrible customer service. I went there to pick up a U-Haul truck i reserved for 12:00 noon. I was told by the lady at the desk to wait, she then served everyone else; even people after me, and i waited 50 minutes before she gave me time of day while my U-Haul just sat in the lot. Im apalled. Her service is horrible. I was an hour behind my schedule of moving because of her and i will NEVER go back or recommend this business to anyone. Shes terrible with a bad attitude and very unwelcoming. I had a friend go there a few days after and she had a similar experience. Avoid at all costs

Just wanted to say thanks to the new owner, Mr. Patel, for his wonderful help with my UPS package! Made everything super easy and such a friendly and nice environment. Please ignore the previous poor reviews as that was under a previous owner!! Thanks again, I will be sure to stop by again when I am in the area :D

Best customer service ever! People work there go above and beyond helping with mailing needs.

I ordered MS Office from amazon and expect to deliver today. It came but just leave missed notice on mailbox. I had been at home all day but there was no call or buzz. Now I have to all the way to north to pick up. This is not the first time it happened. Just close company if you don't deliver. So they can use other company.

Outstanding service, no problems at all.
