Very helpful and courteous staff, my delivery was on time. The delivery driver was very well informed about many topics that the common man has no knowledge of, highly intelligent and friendly too, I recommend them.

Called this place yesterday to set up a delivery of a car bumper. I was told no problem, they have drivers ready to go anytime and to just call when the bumper was in and they would pick it up... 24hrs later I call back to have the item picked up and now it’s to big and they can’t do it. I was very clear about the size of the item and the time frame and was reassured. NO PROBLEM. Apparently the fella that answered the phone was not the “regular” dispatcher and didn’t know what he was doing. When your job is couriering items you’d think you’d have someone qualified at the phone to avoid disgruntled people leaving 1 star reviews on google. Don’t trust this business. I called barrie taxi and they delivered it within the hour.

Something is happening at this location if there are so many bad reviews. I too had a bad experience with a lady making fun of me for asking for a package that was already picked up. I asked her why someone called today if the package was already picked up. She said it wasn't us. Then my wife showed her the Purolator number and the date of the call. She continued to be rude and than I showed her my email indicating that a package is ready for pick up. Again rude she said without a door tag we don't know anything. The point is I came to the location because they called me. This location needs further training in customer service and tracking their own items. It ended up that another package was there but the delivery person never left a tag. If purolator cares about their service level they will listen to their customers and make some changes. There are other companies out there. Looks like copy and paste replies. Tracking number and report it to manager. Customer service ???????

Adil the franchise owner was very helpful. Stayed late into his personal time for me to be able to pick up my package the day of delivery. Most stores would tell u to wait. Very friendly and professional staff! Will deffinetly have ongoing business with me and will recommend to anyone with printing faxing or shipping needs!
