The staff here are fantastic. They've gone so far as to pull my items and give me a call to pick them up the moment they arrived, because they knew they weren't going to be able to deliver to the address I'd provided.

This station needs a remodeling project to add one, singular window on their side wall between their front door and window wall. Either add a window, or lower your existing windows. Currently, it could be the most inconvenient bus station, which really takes away from the point of public transportation. I have no issues with the inconsistency of the greyhound buses, as we should expect delays with poor weather conditions. My problem is with the fact that nobody is able to see out of the station windows unless standing directly in front of it. This is especially problematic when the buses do not arrive on schedule; some come early and some come late. Just last night, a young man vented to me about this matter - although granted, he was likely more upset about the bus being 20 minutes late.

Very unacceptable delivery from this company. You have to be a detective to trace your parcel. Was home all day waiting & no delivery buzzed my condo #. No ticket left that delivery was attempted, no email, no phone call????? Tracking was impossible. Customer service was polite, but that’s about all. So 3 days sitting waiting. Hope they get it right today. Too bad Staples has to use this company for delivery, because Staples is a 5 star. So yes delivered today. Manager in charge very uncooperative to listen to me & made untrue accusations. My first time writing a review, because I think the public should know how this company handles things. Staples on the other hand was very helpful throughout all of this. Will order from staples as usual but not delivery from MDS. Never again!!

Best carrier out there by far

I ordered and received 500 quality, colour business cards the same day I ordered them! Very fast, friendly service.

One worker smashed a lamp. Swore loud enough for the neighborhood to hear, called out "claim!". Did we get anything for that? No. Noticed a wooden lamp today with gouges out of it. Truck was too small for the contents so they just jammed stuff in there. Black mark on a sofa. Two workers were very nice thankfully . Not impressed with the outcome.

Very tidy and clean place. Staff are always welcoming and great advices always provided. The manager always finds the best and most cost effective solution for me. Very happy with the service.

Extremely poor service. They ship only during normal work hours and they will not give you a time range apart from "any time during the day". Shipping to Guelph, if they cannot deliver your package, they send it to a depot in another city. They then charge you $13.00 for the privilege of having it redirected to an address where someone WILL be present. An unbelievably shoddy business model with no regard for their customers.
