Worse than useless. If i could rate this company 0 stars i would. Shipping a skid from richmond hill ontario to sudbury. The skid has been lost twice. You cant get in touch with any 1. 3 weeks later, they still cant find my skid.

Daniel was a life saver! He printed off our documents right away, explained all their services, and I was amazed at the prices compared to other shops in Trenton! If you need anything copied or printed, this is the place to go!

Good fast and professional service. The building is a pain to get to and having to pay import fees seperatly instead of a one off fee is annoying but it's still better than Canpar.

These guys (specifically the Owen Sound branch) offer probably some of the worst service that I have ever seen. They don't contact you before attempting deliveries or even give you an estimated delivery time (which leaves you wasting an entire day waiting for them). They make no attempt to redeliver missed packages on the same day (even when they're only missed by 5-10 mins). They also are rude, unhelpful, and even blatantly lie to you when contacted over the phone for help. I was so upset that I asked to file a complaint and the woman I spoke with denied giving me any information at first. Eventually she did give me some contact information, but immediately afterwards she told me off and then angrily hung up.

Always find the staff super helpful with printing the correct labels, by far the best location!

I ordered a laptop from bestbuy and received it the day it said it would come but I missed the dilivery truck by 10 minutes, and they left a note saying that I can only pick it up in a town 1hr away from mine 15 minutes before closing and on top of that I was leaving the country for a vacation the next day so I couldn’t pick it up. I called and asked if there was any way to contact the driver to meet him where he currently was to receive it and they were very rude about it and said no! I ended up having my dad drive down to receive it when costumer service was aweful abou all of it!

If you are lucky enough to work at this terminal you will enjoy it it is one of the better ones in the group of confusion.
