This company is a waste of time have called at least 4 times. Offer to pay triple denied every time. Would say anyone in the delivery field there is room for more efficient companys to start up. And rude on the phone also

Barely any parking spots available at Norwood. One of the employees today was extremely rude when I asked for my package. She was neglecting her job as she was talking casually with a customer/friends and then got sarcastically rude at me for getting my package checked out. She was, after all, doing her job. I understand people have their bad days but there is no need to take it out on the customer. Other than the situation today, I usually have good experiences with this place.

I called with an inquiry about a FedEx delivery and women clearly didn't want to deal with me. Only after asking twice if it was a FedEx location and then explaining that the number is listed under FedEx did she notify me that they had FedEx service there. Wouldn't even listen to my question, said "Nope call 1-800 FedEx. I've never reviewed anything ever before but this really irritated me. Hope she was just having a bad day

Poor location. Seems to be always closed .

Not sure what that ad for courier drivers is for as they're not hiring!
