Hello Everyone, Canpar courier service is worst ever. Please do not use this company as of your courier one. I had really worst experience ever. Customer service is garbage. They do not know how to talk to person. Supervisors are egoist person I have seen ever. I have seen lots of companies and I have been dealing with different businesses, but these people do not know how to do business. If you guy are buying online from Walmart, please after online purchase call to customer service not to choose Canpar transportation service. Please request them to choose another courier service. Walmart is understandable service provider, they will choose another service for you to deliver item at your door step. I highly not recommend this courier service. They are cheaters.

delivered my package to a completely wrong address, never gave me a straight answer as to where it was, I called multiple times for updates. Was given different information many times. Why is it so difficult to deliver a package to an address that matches the address on the package ?????!!

WE ARE ON 665 FANSHAWE PARK RD WEST, LONDON, ONTARIO, N6G 5B4. At the traffic lights intersection of Fanshawe Park Rd W & Wonderland Rd N, there are four corners, we are on the north west corner (between Ben Thanh Restaurant and Mastermind Toys in the same strip mall centre). Google was been notified daily & weekly through suggested corrections that the address was incorrect (now correct) and the current map image & pointer are still showing a residential address on the east end of Fanshawe Park Rd which is incorrect. We are sorry for the inconvenience & hardship this has caused.

COX is a great business that specializes in customer satisfaction. Very commercial sounding I know but its true. They seem to have physics defying arrival times and always get us to our destination on time and well taken care of. Great job James and Randy!

I've been using this as my go-to UPS store for over a decade. The owner (and the main person who serves customers) is a huge help. She cares more about her customers than anyone else I know and with the high volume of parcels, busy periods are to be expected. Probably not the best time to call with a hundred questions, when the service provider has a lineup in front of her. That's difficult for anyone to manage successfully. (picking up on some of the comments) Unfortunately, the owner/operator has had some health challenges (throat/face cancer I think and thus has a replaced jaw) which makes it very difficult for her to talk. I think, based on reading these other reviews, that people are misinterpreting her approach and phone voice as rude, when it's really just because it's hard for her to talk. There are hundreds of loyal customers who just get it and know Alice and how she operates. Can we have more compassion for a small business owner doing her best than all of these horrible reviews?! There is no one I would trust more to manage my mail and parcel collection and to help in a pinch when it comes to printing and other services through the store.

Order from Amazon was to be delivered Tuesday June 26th as per delivery tracking reference.The weather was 22 C, sunny,bright blue skies and I get an alert stating the delivery is not happening because..wait for it.."Delayed due to weather Unfortunately your shipment was delayed due to weather. We're working to deliver it as soon as possible." From the tracking site.. It's on the way Ordered 24 Jun Shipped 25 Jun Was expected 26 Jun It is now June 27th.. Some weather related delays came to my mind.. the sun was in the driver's eyes, he lost his sunglasses,the visor in the truck was broken,the AC was shot,it looked like a good fishing day,Purolator does not pay OT,bugs on the windshield,GPS was incorrect etc.Thank God he is safe and it wasn't raining or cloudy in this "terrible "June weather.
