I live on Robert st in napanee. Today I witnessed one of your trucks damage a vehicle parked in front of house. The rear door was not secured and it swung open and damaged the paint on the can. They closed door and drove off. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

The quote we were provided was outrageously high in comparison to other service providers, and when we questioned the price, her response was “Can I go now???”. We were then hung up on. Unacceptable. 2 absolutely brutal tun around experiences trying to pick up deliveries from this company.
First time they wrote in the wrong location for pick up. Which we had to solve 4 days later.
This time they left a notice Thursday, left another notice Friday. I called to today Monday to see where it landed, they told me the location, 1150 gardiners road. But failed to mention the hours of operation. 6 am to 9 am and 4 pm to 7 pm. I leave work at 2... arrived to a locked door. Will be able to get my package 5 days later.
This company has a 2.4 rating on Google. They are terrible. Do not rely on them.
