I don't know who handles their emails but I've been trying to get a simple answer for the past 2 weeks and greyhound takes nearly a week to answer my emails, and when they do it doesn't even answer my questions. Very frustrating experience.

I was not satisfied with the customer service I received, man was rude when he had to change the ticket from Kingston to Kanata. I was also double charged on my credit card and now have to deal this that.

I do a lot of online shopping and UPS is the best of the couriers. I have never had a delivery get delayed, the workers actually try to see if you are home when they come (unlike other companies). The service in store is great. Have sent two delicate items with them--I had them do the packing and had no problem.

Busy rail car repair shop. Great bunch of people.

Make sure you get to Point Edward depot well before closing time. They close earlier than posted. Similar to Canada Post employees, same habits as the mother ship. Need customer service training badly.

Awful! Just Bad! What a Nightmare! All 4 times I had no other option but to use them. Texted an Internet line to tell me they were holding my package, even though it doesn’t receive texts, idk why but it doesn’t. Then according to the date of expected delivery they called to tell me I had less than 12 hours to pay duty fees or they were going to send it back. THE DAY IT WAS EXPECTED! For some reason the duty fees are ALWAYS more with them AND the first two times they “couldn’t” tell me before hand what the cost was, and changed me at my door, and claimed they would email me a receipt because they can’t print them. NIGHTMARE every single time!
