My $1500 treadmill arrived cracked in half, and the driver wanted me to sign for it.
Took pictures and immediately called Michelle to report it. Also reported it to Costco management. The driver blamed CEVA Logistics, so I've left them a review as well.
C'mon people. This is ridiculous. Why would you take possession of a damaged item from another courier?
