I called them today...i had the right number..yet they said that it was a private number and that this was not a courrier buisiness??tres bizzare.

It’s a transport company. What else can I say.

I wish I could get paid to not do my job. Twice in the past week I have been home (work at home) and twice I have received a slip with no knock at the door. Drivers are absurdly lazy to just drop off a slip with no attempt at delivery. Inconveniencing me to pack up my newborn in the car and drive 30 minutes across town to do their job for them. When I asked the Depot about this their answer was “depends on the driver” I’m sorry but no, you are paid to provide a service!! Absolutely terrible.

Bus was 2 1/2 hours late not because of weather or road condition resulting in a missed flight and was given nothing but excuses when questioned

A few seating places at Baron’s Motor Inn lobby, where one can leave the luggage under surveillance of the hotelier and have some refreshments before arrival or departure of Greyhound. Really nice ambience for travelers. Official hours of operation 8am-8pm match the bus schedule.
