Ordered a package online and the only option was to get it delivered to a UPS store. I selected this location since it was the closest only to find that my package had been delayed and was sitting in the warehouse. Received a call a few days later from UPS that they had tried to deliver my page multiple times and that no one had answered. I told them it was the UPS store and they backtracked only to inform me that location was closed for renovations. Ended up picking my package from behind a desk a variety store about a week late and one awful experience later.

Great costumer service you will leave satisfied and smiling great old time service and not only can you way, stamp, send, and copy what ever you need they also will take the time for a quarter and fax if need be. You can also but you self those treats that you so desire as well.

Normally very good service except for 1 driver who is rude to say the least . Today he wanted past an employee of mine so he pushed his way past the employee

I searched Google for the nearest location to make copies and mail out a package. PostNet was the closest so I ventured in. Nancy & TJ were both there, they took my package and let me know for the future all the shipping options available. I then asked them to print 150 flyers, divided into packs of 50 and asked if I could get them by early afternoon. Yes, I was one of those customers, lol. They were happy to help. Stopped back in a bit and the flyers were ready and waiting. I was thrilled. Very impressed with how clean the store was, both Nancy and TJ were friendly, helpful and professional. Plus they're local, which makes me even more happy. #shoplocal I will definitely be returning!!
