Richard and his staff are so down to earth and pleasant to deal with. Oh, by the way, his products for building your dream deck make it quicker and easier than you can imagine. I came across these products online, post anchors, shadow connectors, quick connect balusters, post skirts and other quality products. I built my back yard deck 5 years ago and said to myself "what a drab look unstained pressure treated wood is 5 years later." I put into action what I had thought about doing 2 summers ago. Goodbye pressure treated wood balusters and vertical fence boards, hello horizontal fence pattern, White Cedar (Lanark Cedar) stained with Australian Timber Oil (Trudel Home Hardware) and Titan Building Products Square Aluminum Balusters in black, Shadow Connectors, Post Anchors and Post Skirts. Here are some pix of the finished product. I spend more time outside than in!

Garantie à vie et au bout de 2 ans décoloration du produit et fissures à de nombreux endroits. Après plusieurs appels et recherche je découvres que la compagnie a fait fallite. Un beau $10,000. jeté par la fenêtre.

Après avoir donné un dépôt de plus de 3000 $, on nous énonce qu'il y a une erreur de 1200$ sur la soumission. Nous avons tout de même fait affaire avec Pro du patio, malgré cette erreur. Les travaux ont débuté le 6 août 2018 et ne sont toujours pas terminés en date du 4 septembre 2018. Nous n'avons aucune nouvelle depuis 2 semaines. Je dois courir après eux pour avoir de l'info qu'on ne me donne pas. On nous avait pourtant dit que les travaux allaient prendre 2 jours... Les travailleurs, quoi que bien gentils, n'ont pas remis complètement notre patio à niveau. De plus, ils ne se ramassent pas, ils ont laissé beaucoup de débris sur le terrain. Nous sommes très déçus...
