They sent SOMEONE ELSE'S x-ray to the surgeon I saw to get my wisdom teeth out. THANK GOD they took a backup x-ray at the surgeon's office and that I noticed that "hey there are more wisdom teeth on that x-ray than I was told I have"... I can't even imagine what would have happened had they gone in blind.. I can't believe it!

Poor service The people in the front don't even have authority to correct the mistake they made. They charged my mom something which they shouldn't have charged when I cane back to ask them for the refund they told me to come some other day since office manager wasn't there and I came back twice and same thing office manager wasn't there so I still didn't got my refund. Hope I get to see office manager when I visit them third time Worst service I have ever seen in my life.

I went 2 this dentall office 7 years ago and hadn't been back since bcuz it is suppose 2 be a emergency dental place and my tooth which I broke a few years before going 2 get it fixed that day and my tooth had an abcess and was painful...they wouldn't fix it bcuz they said my and wouldn't cover it which was odd bcuz they took a panorama x-ray which was expensive...

I have always been one of those nervous dental patients due to negative experiences in the past. About 10 years ago I gave Dr. Scarsellone a try and never looked back. He's friendly, gentle, explains everything so you know exactly what to expect.... and I never feel anxious or nervous going to see him. My kids also go here and with the exception of a rough dental cleaning (I'm pretty sure this gal is no longer there - it was a couple of years ago), they have had good experiences there as well. I highly recommend Dr. Scarsellone.

Just had my second visit to the clinic and I must say I’m so impressed with the level of service. Laurie did a fantastic job, and I look forward to my next checkup.

The staff is friendly, professional and they do a good job in dentistry. All of my family goes there and I would recommend them.

This is hands-down, the best dentist experience I've ever had. My kids love coming to the dentist. The entire staff is friendly, engaging and always helpful and informative. They have state-of-the-art equipment and a warm and welcoming feel. And given that dentist costs can have significant variation from clinic to clinic within this province, I feel I am getting real value for my money. Very reasonable compared to my other dentist experiences.

I didn't go to the dentist for nearly four years. When i went i got X-rays and dr.zangy(the other dentist that works in the office) told me i needed my wisdom teeth removed, 8 cavities fixed and a crown on my tooth. First thing i got was my wisdom teeth. I was super scared. They answered all my questions(I asked lots of questions) and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I was shaking(thats how scared i was). from the receptionist, to dental hygienists, to the dentists, all the staff was very understanding, caring, patient, gentle, and willing to answer to all my concerns. When they removed my teeth, I had no swelling after. I also was very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend this dental office. They were very gentle. I took my 5 year old daughter the first time to the dentist also. They made her feel very comfortable as well. The Hygienist let her feel all the tools she was going to use on her mouth, and i would say even my 5 year old daughter had a very wonderful experience. They defiantly know how to deal with kids and even my daughter isn't scared to go to the dentist.. I still have to go back to get my cavities fixed and cap, but I am actually looking forward to going, and not scared anymore. I completely trust all the staff who work at this office. I know when I am in there care they will take care of me and make me feel as comfortable as possible. i felt literally no pain in their care.

The staff here are fantastic and friendly. I no longer fear the dentist. In fact, even while living in other cities we've continued to use them as our family dentist. Thanks Dr. Lau and crew for taking good care of us!

1) POOR QUALITY DENTAL WORK. Not only was I in pain for over 3 months after crown procedure, I continued to have food stuck between my teeth after installed. Needed to go to another dentist to fix. 2) CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS ON ME - TWICE! Showed up, took time off work, and my appointment was cancelled. Unbelievably, this happened twice (out of a total of 6). They second time, I did receive a Tim Hortons card as an apology.

Dr. Gord is by far the BEST dentist I've EVER been to. He describes everything he's doing and what you can expect during the whole process. He really makes sure you feel comfortable and that there is no surprises. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

I have been looking for a good place for a while. I got a cleaning done there, they were super thorough and took their time. I had tried a few dentists but they always fell a bit short on the cleaning. The dentist Dr. Dalmer was honest and I had a great check up.

Dr. Wong and and Amanda restored my confidence in dentistry! Also the fees when paying out of pocket are a lot more respectable then other dentists ! I would recommend Dr. Wong , & Amanda (hygienist) anytime! Amazing staff as well! Thanks so much Azarko Dental group, you will be seeing much more of me.

I'm very glad I made the switch to this dental office! DR. Laatsch is friendly, prompt and has your best interest in mind when coming up with solutions... He gave me several different options and even let me know which treatments were imperative, and which ones could wait until next year for my benefit coverage to re-load. He was not only able to complete my entire root canal with 0 pain whatsoever, but he was also able to completely freeze my tooth on the first try. (something my previous dentist was NEVER able to do) I can't say enough good things about my experience here, I would highly recommend The Dentists @ Northgate and more specifically Dr Laatsch to anyone thinking about making a switch.

I definitely will not send my child or anyone back to this place. we called before hand and mentioned our 4 yr old had 2 big cavities that needed fillings and repairing. They then told us no problem come on in and we'll look at his teeth. So we took him in and they looked at his teeth for 5 min. And said yeah he is too young for us to do anything with! Charged us 70 some dollars referred us to someone else and sent us off. It would have saved us money and time if they would have told us from the beginning that they don't work on four year olds. Especially after the info we gave them. No more business from us that's for sure!!

Dr. Pokroy and her staff are hidden treasures not only within southside Edmonton, but also in the whole Edmonton area. It is rare to experience in a dentist office this level of respect for a patient, honesty and most of all quality of care. I am very glad I finally found "my dentist"!
