I've had a lot of trouble with my prescriptions and getting the frames to fit right, but everyone in the store couldn't be nicer, more patient, attentive, detail oriented - and, most importantly, knowledgeable. They take their job very seriously and absolutely want to get it right - all with a smile. In this day and age, unparalleled service.

Atino Eyewear is a new optical store in the neighborhood. The guy who works there is very nice and helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses (I’m very picky). They are Alexander Mcqueens and he priced them for less than retail - I have seen this frame priced much higher online. So I’m glad I got it from this store instead. I didn’t haggle or anything, they were already priced low. I’m not the type to haggle anyway bc it’s such an annoying and tacky thing to do. He has a lot of diff frames in a variety of price ranges (from like $135-400 or more I’m not sure). I’m bringing my baby brother next week for some prescription glasses. Maybe I’ll get him some sunglasses too for the summer (the ones for 135 lol no McQueens for him). I’m def bringing my friends here too bc he prices so well.

Fabulous selection of high quality eyewear. The entire staff is professional and courteous. Just bought the most incredible frames and prescription was flawless. THANK YOU Yolanda!!! My third pair at this store, I’ll never shop elsewhere.

Dr. Anne Mayer is wonderful! A friend referred me to a hampden Optical over a year ago and this is where I go for my yearly eye exams. I purchased a pair of glasses through them and everyone was so nice and helpful!

Best Customer service in town

Wow! What a place. They've got everything you would expect a Walmart to have. They've got walls, shelves, a roof, and cash registers in case you buy anything. There's food, there's socks, there's coats, and cell phones. Oh they even have a floor to walk on and shopping carts for shopping. Just watch out, most of the items described here are not for sale, so don't even try.
