Eyewear & Opticians

Staff in this store are very welcoming and friendly.

I called in at 5:30pm as they were already about to close with a very sore eye that was only getting worse and causing me alot of discomfort. The staff were so friendly and helpful and insisted that I didn't go away without having a check up even though this meant them staying late. I couldnt be more appreciative of the empathy, compassion and understanding they showed me. I will most definitely be back and i would highly recommend Pinder to anyone for the phenomenal service and going above and beyond when they could have simply said they didn't have any open appointments and for me to go to A&E (which was what I was told by 3 other reputable opticians in the same area who weren't actually closed yet). The optometrist Carly even booked an appointment for me with the hospital, gave me eye drops to settle the irritation and even looked up the train times to get there for my appointment time. I've never seen such excellent customer service before and they really couldn't have done a better job or made me feel more welcome or comfortable

Lovely staff! Professional, friendly and accomodating. I went for a new air of glasses, contact lens, and driving license test. They always advised me professionally and proposed solution adapted to my need and my budjet. I highly recommend!

Excellent service. On holiday and needed a repair to my glasses. Dealt with straightaway. One very happy customer.

Super friendly staff helped me out today. Can’t thank them enough..!!

Lovely people, friendly and helpful. They really knew their stuff and it was nice to be so well looked after 10/10!! Even better, I saved money on some very nice Lindberg glasses -compared to other opticians and they had a really good range to try out.

Got my prescription wrong, but now I fancy my lass enough to marry her. Thank you Specsavers.

Very helpful and friendly, a bit busy on a Saturday morning, but guess that's to be expected, good choice of frames at reasonable price, as ever the lenses are the expensive bit
