Eyewear & Opticians

excellent

They are helpful and very knowledgeable.

I have been coming here for years. The older gentlemen is very sweet

**Avoid this place at all costs**. I've wanted to do this for a while. I picked out a pair of RayBan reading glasses and asked not to have the ones on the shelf that everyone tries on. What does he do? He orders me a pair with large/elongated nose rests as if I had a really small nose...my nose is fairly long. Didn't even know these types of glasses existed. No doubt he had a pair just hanging around he could pawn on me, as if i wouldn't notice. I also asked to have the thinist glass possible. Re-ordered everything...now a month and a half...and they were returned with the lenses too thick. I know this because I went to 3 other opticians and asked and all agreed. This all for $420. An absolute scam. Recommended place??? Go to I Optique at 570 Kingston Rd at Whites Rd in Pickering. 2 pair of RayBan's, the thinist lenses AND transitional for $450.

Excellent customer service. They go the extra mile to find solutions to meet everyone's budgets and interests.

Great experience, very good price, pleasant customer service and very turnaround on the new glasses.

My mom had gotten an old pair of glasses made into sunglasses. I wasn't happy with how transparent they still were and went back. They helped me get exactly what I wanted, and they look fantastic. They were all super friendly and I would definitely recommend them.

I was extremely pleased with the knowledgeable & courteous staff. Best customer service I’ve had in Markham in a very long time. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Irresponsible, rude and not professional at all. They took one whole month to make two pair of eye glasses. Can not recommend to anyone and definitely not going there in future. They charge me extra for their terrible service and a long wait.

after customer care is great and is why i come here. i think this place has been through a bit of a rollercoaster considering they had alot of staff changes but they always treated me well. i come here because after i buy from them they always fix and help out with my frames as best they can., as well as they have some pretty nice designers :D. thanks nazia &ethan!

Absolutely amazing! Great and fast service, good price! Highly recommended

I really like the selection of frames, there is a lot of options at different price points and I am still getting compliments on my frames to this day! Great service, and doctor was great too!
