Always excellent service!!
Very high quality lenses and the prices are even lower now.
Plus they always stand behind what they sell, if you're not happy or need repair.

The manager and staff went above any beyond. I was met with an enthusiastic greeting when I came in and the customer service continued through the whole process. I could've chose anywhere to bring my prescription in but I'm glad I chose the Taylor Walmart vision center. Will come back with family.

A Gem in the Southwest Detroit. One of the very few optical shops in the Metro Detroit area that are authorized Tom Ford resellers.
I don't know about the other reviews, but the Team at El Valle have always come through. It's as simple as calling and providing the model number and then picking up the product. If it's not what your looking for, they're very accommodating and will get you in the frames you want.
I've yet to have a bad experience! Plus, when your downtown all the time, it's easier then making that trek 15+ miles north.

Best in the Biz. So nice and helpful! I would never go anywhere else. Just make sure to schedule appointments a month in advance because they're busy. Which makes sense, since they're the best in the biz.
