Eyewear & Opticians

Great service from these wonderful folks. Very friendly, accommodating and most certainly reliable

By far the best place for Eye care you will ever find. I have been a regular customer there for 5 years. Before I found it, I went to four other places including Costco and Walmart. I went to Costco for the Eye exam and eyeglasses. Costco’s eye care clinic doesn't know how to examine eye vision. They gave me the wrong prescription. Went back to Costco to do a second test, but the optometrist insisted her prescription was correct and that my eyes need to be adapted to the new lenses. What a waste of time, money. Save yourself the hassle and let the experts do their job. Eye Care Optical has been around for a long time and they know what they are doing. Good selection of brand name glasses, the owner can help you with the right selection to fit your profile.

Mohsen helped me with my insurance and got great sunglasses! Very professional.

Just picked up my pair. Great frames, great service... very friendly and professional.

Awesome customer service!

Super friendly, very quick. Also, they fixed my glasses for free. They didn't have to, as i didn't buy them there. I will definitely give them my future business.

not bad compared to some fraud opticians in Scarborough but buying glasses online gives you much cheaper price for same quality product

Adam takes good care of you, he’s quite knowledgeable and is honest.

very good job,i paid 3 couple lenses and very happy, price very good.

The saleslady is extremely nice and cares very much about her customers' satisfaction. I've always had great experiences here -- she even fixes my glasses if they need some repairs. The frame choices are very good and the prices are reasonable -- you can find some very interesting and unique looking frames. I always come here to buy my frames.

Great selection and service. They really care about their customers

This is for the Dufferin location only. Maybe the good reviews for the other locations are deserved. The staff at the Dufferin location reminded me of grown kids forced to work at their parents' business. Even if the service had been good, the selection of frames was not. Small collection from each brand name and mostly discontinued models. Definitely not worth the drive.

Excellent service ! Very patient

I have been going to Josephson for more than 14 years. I've visited every location and the high quality of service was evident at each store. They are very patient, give you time to peruse the selection and help you find the right pair of frames. During the most recent shopping trip I had the pleasure to deal with Susan B. At the Bayview location. I came in with 3 of my children, Susan was very attentive and accommodating and allowed me to take the time I needed to pick out new frames. When the glasses arrived I picked them up immediately. When I got home I noticed there was a strip of film left on the lense from the factory. I called Susan and she travelled all the way to my home in Whitby to remove the remaining film. I have never seen such personal service before. I will continue to shop at Josephsons for the amazing selection and person service you won't find anywhere else.

Always Excellent Service & Sage Advice. Thanks Perry!

Good experience :)

the best service and the best price
