I don't usually write negative reviews as I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and know just how difficult it can be. I walked into Sightech on the weekend hoping to acquire a screw for a vintage pair of glasses I have. The arm had fallen off so I politely asked the representative if he knew of anywhere to find a screw that would fit since I had tried a few before hand without any luck. I also asked if it were possible to fix it for me. I was looked up and down incessantly and he even rolled his eyes at me when I explained my request. He gave me a non definitive answer that he could "maybe" could fix it during the week. I have never encountered anyone so cold and dismissive when just asking a simple question. I could have done without the judgement and just been told politely no or given a suggestion of where else to look. You won't be getting my business and I will be sure to spread the word around about how unhelpful your are.

Picked up a pair of eyeglasses and I was so happy with the level of service that Jordan provides. He is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A great place to get unique and sophisticated eyewear. He carries awesome brands

It took a colleague at my downtown office to tell me about this optical that's just located down the street from where I live. Being frustrated with my existing glasses a business associate told me to visit his optician at Di Sapia Opticians on St Clair. To my surprise I didn't realize that there would be a high end optical with all the big brands and big service in my hood. I would highly recommend Di Sapia Opticians for all your eye care needs. They arrange my eye exams that are done on site with an optometrist who is also great to deal with, very thorough.

Wally's Optical is a hidden gem in Toronto, incredible prices and amazing friendly customer service . Thank You very much .

Absolutely amazing experience. I was able to book my eye examination within a few days, and the glasses are perfect. Very knowledgable staff, she helped me through every stage of the process. I'd highly recommend!

Myra is one of the most respected people I know. While she does need to make money at the end of the day to keep her business running, Myra does not care about the money; she's made some of her best friends at the clinic because of how honest and caring she is. Whatever your vision concern is, Myra will go out of her way to ensure that you are cared for and that you can see when you leave, all at a reasonable price. Myra is clearly the heart and soul of i2i Opticians and I am proud to be a client of hers. I will never hesitate to purchase my pair year after year from her because of all this. I am proud to support small local businesses like i2i Opticians.

I wish I had found this place years ago. Went in today after shopping for frames at several other places with no luck. The proprietor, Haideh (sp?) was WONDERFUL--she actively listened to what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, gave me a number of recommendations and ultimately helped me find just the right solution. I'm greatly appreciative of the help and service I received here.

Wow, wow!! Customer service level was waaaay beyond than any other retailer that I have ever experienced!! Went in on a Sunday and they made a small asjustment for me while I waited!! Bravo guys!!!

My wife and I have been shopping at Dillons for 10+ years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else! Audrey and her team are the best of the best in the city!!

I am currently at Sunnybrook Hospital for the next couple months as my daughter is in the NICU! I decided to head down to Dexters Optical to see if I could get my glasses tightened while I’m here. He barely cracked the door open for me to come in and stood in the entrance and said “what”. I politely asked if he does glasses tightening and he replied very rude “he only deals with people who bought glasses from him”. The store was completely empty so I’m sure he could have found 10 minutes to help a potentially new customer, but he seemed very unwelcoming. Prior to me entering another lady was in there and he seemed very kind and happy when speaking with her, I can’t help but wonder if the colour of my skin caused me to not receive that same treatment.

Been coming to this store for 18 years, including the last four since LF Optical took over. I have been a huge supporter of local businesses, especially through the pandemic. There is one individual who has always been unpleasant, but I’ve had great experience with the others. Today she finally crossed a line in her abrasiveness and complete disregard of customer service. I will no longer shop here, as there are so many optical stores in the village who I would much rather support. It’s a shame

Great customer service and fairly priced glasses. They might not have high-end brands there, but the glasses I got there were definitely high quality. My brother, wife and myself got our glasses there.

This is for the Dufferin location only. Maybe the good reviews for the other locations are deserved. The staff at the Dufferin location reminded me of grown kids forced to work at their parents' business. Even if the service had been good, the selection of frames was not. Small collection from each brand name and mostly discontinued models. Definitely not worth the drive.

Fantastic prices and great service! Definitely worth the trek and avoid the big name places. Will definitely return and tell all my friends.
