Flooring

They do excellent work. Its done in a timely manner.

First time there looking for floor covering. Everyone was very helpful and the selection is fantastic. If you can't find it there it might not exist.

Ed's Flooring has quality products and very friendly people (in-store). However, when it comes down to giving exact dates for delivery and other details, customer service is very poor. I had to call multiple times to get the details of my delivery date and the information was never 100%. I received 3 different delivery dates for one of my items. Customer service is very nice when you are at the store but over the phone they just don't try to help you, the message I got today when i called about the option to return grout i had ordered was, "I have nothing to do with your order so you need to speak with the person who made your order, after they finish with a customer". My question was very easy that anyone who works there should be able to answer. As a local business, a small business, customer service should be paramount. If not, I might as well just go to a big box store. Lastly, you cannot return anything - so if you buy the product and don't like it just be aware that returning is not possible.

From start to completion, our experience, installing new hardwood floors with Flooring America of Franklin, has been the best! Anthony and his team of installers, headed by Wallace Aquino, all did an exceptional job of measuring, meeting dates, and managing a challenging installation in an antique farmhouse setting. The men were a pleasure to welcome each morning, and the job was completed beautifully -- in less-than-projected time! Thank you!!

I installed this product for a few years when they were distributing in Ottawa and it was always top quality flooring. It's too bad there aren't any distributors in Ottawa anymore.

Guys did a great job, thanks Tom and Steve

Fantastic selection of flooring products, great service and quality workmanship.

Excellent service. Bought our hardwood flooring from Enjem's. Prices were competitive with online retailers. Thanks Enjem's for your professional service and quality product!

Amazing variety of wood flooring as well as great customer service and overall the best place to get high quality floors.

very good wood products..

Absolutely the very worst of companies I have ever had to deal with. Service after the install (we had several issues) took 3-full months to resolve. Over 25 emails and phone calls back and forth proved to me their unwillingness to fix the issues quickly. Totally incompetent. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Great place

Must be a flooring contractor not open to public

Very happy with both the product and service from Floors Direct North. Would recommend for sure. John knows his stuff!

Great service and reasonable prices. Been doing business with Corters for years and will continue in the future.

Excellent experience friendly staff very knowledgeable and very reliable two thumbs up
