I didn't know where to start when looking for flooring. So many options! A friend recommended Martin's to me and I just stopped in to scope the place out. Robert was very helpful, more helpful than I could have expected. I felt no pressure and didn't buy that day. I returned with my husband, and we walked out with a deal we couldn't refuse! I was very indecisive and had a very limited budget; they were so patient with me! I work in customer service and I would not change a single thing about my experience here. Thank you!

Great service and turnaround time for the install. The staff was nice and friendly, they tried to work with us to help us be within budget. Great pricing on hardwood and we loved the new look of our living room. I would recommend it to anyone!

The receptionist or whomsoever is answering telephone calls was extremely rude. She was not helpful, her tone was curt, and she actually hung up on me.

We have had several changes of carpet in our home over the years. Most of them have been less than satisfactory. Several weeks ago we decided we needed to replace the family room carpet. We decided to check carpet at Top Notch Flooring on Fulford Ave in Bel Air. We were greeted promptly and spent time searching for carpet. We received answers to many questions and finally selected the carpet. The installation was awesome!! They arrived on time and started to work. They cleaned the floor and found carpet from the original flooring. When they were ready to put the carpet down, the floor looked like new. The new carpet is beautiful and I could not believe the awesome job they did. When they left they had cleaned the room and gathered all the trash. We are ready to buy more carpet! Thank you.

I'm impressed with this local company. We needed new flooring in our very small bathroom. Trips to Marden's, Lowe's and other places gave us higher prices than we thought warranted. I didn't think this local company would be able to compete with the big box stores, but alas, they gave us the best price. They had just what I wanted in flooring. I'm sold - I'll go here for any further carpeting needs too. The salesman was extremely helpful with a great sense of humor as well! Bigger isn't always better - glad I gave this local company a try.

Installed a high traffic area lobby carpet in my restaurant, Murphy's in Hanover NH. Professional, on time and on budget. All good!!!!!!!!

Several months ago I embarked on an overhaul of my home office, which can also be used as a family room in most split levels of this ilk. We moved in 33 years ago and, embarrassing as it is, I have never replaced the carpeting in this room or the adjacent laundry room. FINALLY, I made the big move. Schneider's had a great selection from which to choose, did an excellent job in laying a floor that is both beautiful and practical. Any liquid spills wipe up quickly and easily, and it looks great!

We have been extremely pleased with the service, selection and installation of our flooring from the folks at Eastern Carpet in Miramichi. Everyone at the shop is helpful without being pushy. They have an excellent selection at the best prices we could find. Communication is excellent, so even when things did not go exactly as planned, we were contacted with the reasons and how they were to be corrected. We have nothing but great things to say about our entire experience, and the floor looks amazing!

The worst lumber I've ever seen , in my life . I'm a carpender , for 35 years and have never seen such poor lumber ,in my life . The pile of 2×10s I went through today , after beating them apart with a sledge hammer, should be put in the garbage . Why does Irving keep sending garbage to Miramichi ? That stuff would not pass code , so is actually " NOT LEAGLE " as in AGAINST THE LAW . I feel bad for the workers there because they are trying to surve people but have nothing but junk to deal with . Come on Irving !!!! Smartin Up ! The one star I gave is for the staff , because they are very good . Very polite and helpful .I'll go back for stuff inside the store but not for lumber .
