Terrible after-sales support. Arrogant sales staff, cynical management. They are more interested protecting their suppliers than their customers. Don't buy anything there.

Great flooring at reasonable prices. Installers are quite talented.

We just got our hardwood installed. We had issues with the hardwood we chose initially but they exchanged it immediately. They have done the hardwood flooring and stairs very professionally.

These people are absolutely horrible! They will sell you on how great their service is and why they're so good but once the product is purchased they are willing to do anything to scam you out of the service. Say no we can't return your product even though on the invoice it says return is only a 25% restocking fee. Then I even try to compromise and say, ok let me decide on another laminate they still said no. So even though I'm still trying to give them my business they are not willing to exchange nor return the product that I'M NOT HAPPY WITH! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Soild work

I recently bought a new condo and the floor flooded after we closed but before we took ownership. The insurance company received a quote from a different contractor, and the quote was ridiculously high, the options they offered were terrible, they tore up the floor to get a sample, and after a month of back and forth told us the floor sample I picked from the ones they offered wasn't available. I immediately cancelled that contractor and took a cash settlement. Karesz from downtown flooring was able to come to see the unit and quickly came up with a three-staged approach to check for damage, clean / fix what was needed, and then fix the ruined part of the flooring as cost efficiently as possible. In the end, his team was able to pull up nearly all of the flooded boards, confirm there was no damage / mold, patch the flooring that was damaged by the previous contractor, and have everything cleaned up and ready to go in a couple of hours. Couldn't be happier!

My hardwood floors were installed by Wood-Mood. They were done very professionally and on time. I would recommend the company for quality products and skillful installation.

These guys are great. Ordered from them a few times now for our customers and have no issues. Great products, fast service and decent pricing! Sure they don't have the fancy showroom or anything like that, but it's not needed anyway.
