Absolutely horrendous customer service! Bought laminate from here, project got a little bigger but they wouldn't sell me anymore because they didn't want to break their skid down(wanted someone to buy in larger quantity). They don't do returns, now I'm stuck with not enough laminate so I wanted to return and they only do final sale. Also from what I can tell from previous laminate installs. This stuff is really bad quality.

Just installed 500 ft of 3/4 engineered red oak. I'm a flooring pro and I've always regarded mirage as one of the best quality floors when it comes to fit and finish. The floors I installed today were of the same quality. One of my favorite floors I've installed in 10 years

The dynamic husband and wife team who own and operate this stunning design centre have been absolutely lovely (and effortless) to work with. Mary and Mehdi are highly experienced and knowledgeable about all things related to hardwood. They are also genuinely caring and dedicated to the complete satisfaction of their customers. My husband and I had visited numerous other stores, looking for a product that we thought didn't exist. Within minutes of visiting their showroom, Mary (with her keen eye and precise understanding of our style and needs) had picked the exact product we were looking for. Our order was delivered ahead of schedule and they have been extremely helpful, accommodating some delays with our renovation. Very flexible salesman and A Plus Flooring was able to expedite my order within two days from the factory. The pricing was marginally cheaper than home depot with better quality and options.
