Great prices and friendly service. Not much that they don't have for the professional or weekend flooring installer. Carpet trim binding, Mapei grout, wedge tile spacers and tools. Don't mess around with cheaper second-rate tile mortars and grout, instead come here. I highly recommend this place to other contractors. Note: this is the trade supply warehouse. Go to the showroom across the street for flooring and installation services.

Very good and reliable company. Great selection of hardwood and engineered hardwood. Good design advice from knowledge sales team. When. IcoulI cou find what my client was looking for in terms of resistance and color. They went beyond their abilitis to custom produce color samples, redone sample a few times to make us happy. Now everything is installed and looks gorgeous! All the best in the future!!! Hope to work with you again.

I learned about Global Alliance through a friend when we were looking to renovate our home in Vaughan. I was pleased to find that they are a one stop shop when it comes to construction and renovations. They offer everything from flooring to kitchen cabinets and sinks, as well as stairs and railings, and so on. They're prices are competitive with the market but their friendly and efficient service is what convinced us to shop here. We are very satisfied with the work that was done and we will be recommending Global Alliance to anyone looking to renovate their home.

Amazing service. I have been using Kennedy flooring for years now and I have never been dissatisfied with them. In our most recent renovation, we bought laminate flooring, backsplash and bathroom floor tiles through them. Brandon the sales representative gave us a very good price, but what really stood out was the customer service. Throughout the job being done, he called to make sure that the installers were professional, on time and were doing a good job. Having previously used other companies, I decided to use Alliance based on reviews and they did not disappoint me. Everything delivered as promise! Alliance is the best - 5 star all the way. Definitely will recommend to all family and friends.

This epic project went without a hitch! We needed to take the risk of having our existing floors, (which were distressed dark brown-almost black), sanded, retained and finished. GFC crew was amazing from the very beginning. They stayed on schedule and were transparent in explaining the entire process and the jobsite was very clean despite all the sanding.

I would highly recommend Danny and his team. They replaced carpeting in the upstairs hallway and bedrooms with hardwood. They also replaced carpeting on the stairs with new hardwood and installed new railings. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the finished product. Danny was recommended to us by our friend and we would highly recommend him to others.

I was a customer in the dim sum restaurant next door who witnessed the people who work here show some very unprofessional behaviour towards someone else. Apparently one of the employees had parked in front of a car and blocked them from leaving. The people in the car had asked this employee to move, and he and another man who I believe is the owner or manager then proceeded to yell and show them a sign that said the spot they parked in was reserved for customers of their store only, and that they would not move and would make them sit and wait. The man who blocked them was also using innapropriate language towards these people and proceeded to go back inside the store. Fortunately, a few minutes later he went back out and decided to move his car. But not before making one last comment to the people, saying "Next time read the f-ing sign". If these people can act this way towards others over something so small, I don't care how good their product is, I will never buy from them. I understand their side of the argument and the sign for their customers, but to act in the way that they did by telling them to sit and wait until they felt like moving and to use innapropriate language is uncalled for. They simply could have told them about the sign in a professional way without being so rude. Not to mention that blocking them in the spot in the first place was unnecessary. The behaviour by these two was unprofessional and uncalled for.

PLEASE STAY AWAY. They will steal your money. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IN EVERY SINGLE WAY.

Bought about 400sq feet from them...stores a mess, the English is not to good, but the selection was above average and the price was insane...will be buying all my floors from there
