Flooring

So happy with our new stair carpet! Great advice from Eddie on quality and color and excellent installation! Couldn't be happier!

I will miss them when they are gone

Bill, who seems to manage the business, helped me tremendously. My plan and situation changed a couple times and he was there with me along the way. My wife and I are extremely excited about our carpet, which I researched and found to be a top tier carpet. We bought it for a lot less than it was advertised elsewhere. Couldn't say enough about this place. Well done. I would recommend to anyone.

I went to buy discounted winter clothes and was not disappointed.

I don't have any ideal because I was never been there

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Selection is great and prices are decent.

Hi I had the best experience at Ashley furniture store in Geneva New York. An associate named Kelly helped me out and told me all the options that were available and informed me what options were on sale. Kelly was very easy to connect with and she acted like I was her friend and helped me deal with any potential issues. Kelly made my experience perfect and from now on I will only consider working with her and going to her for my furniture needs in the future. More then the sale mattered to Kelly and that is why she made my day experience one worth leaving a review for

The best Hardwood flooring around . Trim and moulding packages also available. Installation and job site services also available.

Think of a product to add / embellish your home or garden and Home Depot has it! We thought of a plastic wiremesh (put in place with vertical support) to protect the vegetables we grow in the backyard! Surprise! They had a large variety!

To begin, my sister & I were in a real crunch for time when we hired Hank's for flooring and they really went above & beyond to get it done, and not a moment to spare! Barry was really helpful getting us the floors we needed, explaining what floor was durable and even let us take carpet and vinyl tiles home to compare and get the floor we needed. So the Customer Service was exceptional. They even understood that my brain was really scattered when I forgot to send the payment. Very understanding!! For that, we are very grateful. It was a very difficult time, getting our parents home from Assisted Living and he was amazingly understanding & accommodating! However, my sister recently called because the faux marble vinyl tiles in the bathroom looks sooo dirty & dingy, no matter how often its cleaned. Imagine our surprise when the wife of the owner told us we were NOT supposed to use certain cleaners due to the PH in them and, the best part, the finish is most likely ruined. And we were NEVER explained that this was the case, not by Hank's or the contractor that subbed out the work. So, now we have a white faux marble floor that looks horrible and the solution, I guess, is an apology for not having been advised and a bottle of cleaner, which forgive me if I'm wrong, will not replace the finish on this WHITE floor to make it look new again. There were 3 rooms of carpet and 2 vinyl floors installed and the total was not a few dollars. And now there appears to be no solution to one of those floors being basically ruined due to improper instructions on cleaning (actually, NO instructions). So, while we are very happy with our experience, this is a problem with no solution but replacing a floor that is less than 6 months old.

Prices are never as advertised! Furniture made of plywood! Delete all bad reviews and negative comments from facebook so all you can see are the positives and they don't resolve issues when clients are upset they take your money and if your not happy that's it and they block you!!!! That's horrible customer service DONT BUY HERE

Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly people who offer great service!

Wonderful. They won't steer you wrong.

Very courteous service.

Do not use this company! Horrible experience with these men, late, job not done according to discussed arrangements, five day job that could have been done in a day and a half.Carpet seams are All visible, two different shades for hall n bedroom! Not as we discussed, bad attitude! I think they took advantage of us because we are senior citizens!

Great prices on quality flooring with excellent friendly service. I appreciate not having to go in search of help like at most big box stores. I was greeted on arrival and received full attention and prompt response to my questions. Refreshing.

They we're helpful. No problems. It went exactly as advertised.
