Flooring

Jody and his team did excellent work in our 100 year old home, replacing termite-damaged oak with new "old style thin slats"; they laid the old in with the new, which left a beautiful floor. They are very responsive to any questions/concerns and returned soon if there were any issues

We are currently refinishing several pieces of furniture a fixing up our house. I have had multiple returns and have been treated with respect every time.

We came in and James was super friendly and was able to work with our budget! He was very knowledgeable about the carpets and recommended to us what we needed. Thanks, James!

We live on the other end of Gastonia NC. And Wish that they had a Lowe's for us that was closer. Looking for paint today and the lady in the paint Department. Was very helpful and saved me a good bit of money.

Very rude people who also rip you off if you don’t know anything, they took advantage of my wife!!! Now I’m paying $5000 for an $800 floor!!! I filed A complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My husband and I are building a new home in Belmont. Our contractor put us in touch with Amy at Carpet One to make flooring selections. Don't let the rather basic appearance of the store front fool you. This place is a little diamond! Amy worked tirelessly to find us unique and beautiful tiles and amazing hardwood floors. And their prices are much better than the fancy tile showrooms in Charlotte. Their installation teams do fantastic work - and I'm pretty picky. I think the true measure of how good a business is becomes apparent when there is a problem. One of the tile suppliers unexpectedly changed the appearance of their product. The owner and staff at Carpet One immediately acknowledged the problem and set about to find us a comparable alternative. They came up with something that was much nicer that our original selection and they honored the original price. Not only are these people nice and easy to work with, they have real integrity. If you are looking for flooring, this is the place to go for great selection and superior service at really reasonable prices.

Well knowledgeable and polite, great prices. Installers recommended by them, Edgar from Three Amigos done a great job.

Very detailed in there services

Very good

I have used Space Flooring 2 times. Both experiences were excellent! They installed hardwood flooring in my den and refinished the rest of the floors on the 1st floor. Beautiful, professional work. I also used Space Flooring at a rental home that we own. They refinished the existing floors and installed a prefinished wood floor in the kitchen. When the color match didn't turn out as planned, the company quickly rectified the situation. They refinished the prefinished floors so that they would match perfectly. We are very happy with the quality of work and their ethics and professionalism.

Carolina Wood Flooring came highly recommended, and the people that guide me to them were not wrong. I came looking for a big selection of luxury vinyl and laminate. As soon as I walked in the store they had installed on the floor their flooring which it was pretty cool! From a sample to actually seen the floors installed really made a different. I was able to get samples to take home and pick the best ones. I was also able to get a full on quote and recommendations from a professional installer. Overall my experience at the store and purchasing material was great. I felt very informed, also they were able to better the price from any other places in Charlotte.

Best Flooring Company around! Amazing staff! Friendly and Courteous! Highly recommend!
