Flooring

I called a few flooring companies and talked to an associate, left name and number and didn’t get a call back. When I called Cleveland Floor Covering they had someone come do the estimate the same day. They did a great job on my large room. Thanks!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Went in today to look at entry doors and there was absolutely no one around to even begin to ask for help. This was not the first time I have been in this store and it is always the same. Why don't they hire some help to work in these departments? Apparently they expect you to help yourself or buy it somewhere else. Total waste of my time!

Our new carpet went in on Monday and we couldn't be HAPPIER!!! It's > perfect. Allen was so helpful while I worked on making our selection for our whole house. The install crew was amazing. Very nice guys. > Worked from 9am- 7pm. I don't even think they took a break. > Took pictures of each room before moving anything so they would put it > back correctly. Especially all the wires with the TV's. They even put the > bed skirt between mattress and box spring back perfectly. They helped my husband re-center our big furniture in the master bedroom. > They definitely went above and beyond to make it all go so smoothly. I > appreciate everything. > Please let them know how grateful we are. > > Thank you again. > Rebecca McWilliams

They replaced the old carpet in our master bedroom and did a very nice job. Our sub-floor had several squeaky places in it and the guys secured it with several screws to eliminate the noise. The final product looks great, wife is happy, life is good!

They have done several rooms of carpet for me and also refinished hardwood floors. They were always on time, professional, and very cautious about leaving my home cleaner than when they came plus my floors looked fantastic! They are great to work with and I'd highly recommend them.

Salesperson was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. They have a good range of sample materials available and pricing seems competitive. I would recommend giving them a try.

This place is awesome! They have installed my wood floors, carpet and laminate. Very superior products and service. Would definitely use again.

American Hardwood Flooring took my kitchen hardwood floor from pickled to dark stain to match the adjacent rooms. They did a masterful job of matching the stain. No one has been able to tell where the old ends and the new begins. I couldn't be more pleased.

Professional sales person , excellent installers beautiful workmanship. We had s great experience from start to finish and our stairs and floors look AMAZING! Highly recommend that you consider 50 Floors if you are thinking of installing hardwood floors or stars in your home .

Floors looks great!!

When they showed up at my apartment they where kind and very fast paced workers. I love my new carpet hopefully it will last long.

Stopped on here on a busy memorial day weekend for some mulch and actually pop purchased a pallet full of mulch and got it loaded in less than 20 min. I stop by several different stores regularly and it normally takes 45 min + during the daytime. Got to give it to this store, fastest load time and friendly staff.
