Flooring

Outstanding prices !

Majestic installed new hardwoods and refinished our current floors and did an excellent job. John and his team were quick, thorough and professional. They also had the best pricing around. Our house looks completely different now. Highly recommend them!

The Epoxy Floor Company is one of my certified installers here at Elite Crete Atlantic. The owner, Todd, and his crew know the material and process at an extremely high level. They are very detail oriented and committed to getting every job done correctly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them for any project.

Really like this place! Met with John today - he was very knowledgeable and helpful - great designer. The tile are well displayed on shelving, which makes it easy to browse! Worth the drive to Charlotte!

I wish I could give this guy a zero star rating. Zero class or integrity. Final bill was nowhere close to estimate. By far the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Rod and Steve are the reason people warn you about contractors.

We had them install Luxury Vinal tile for us. They did our whole house at a very reasonable price. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up afterwards. 5 stars for sure! Layth Nasralla was the best to work with.

Best customer service and great product for the price!!!! Highly Recommend!

I sent my wife to Lowe's because I had hoped they had better recommendations than they did. The worst part is I asked for for elbows and they gave her 45 degree elbows instead of 90 degree elbows. She didn't even think to check.

Relatively easy to schedule. Fair price. The man who did the install i assume was a subcontractor. He was a bit late to the job, but did a fair job of installation and was friendly. But he left one of my cabinet door scratched (which I had to touch up paint), sawdust, etc on my floors, cabinets, and tub (which i had to clean), and a toilet that kept running after he reinstalled once replacing the wax ring. I called the sales rep to try to at least get the toilet adjusted or fixed, but was told he wouldn't have been in the tank because he only installed a wax ring and reset the toilet (the toilet wasn't ring before the reset, and had new parts inside anyway). So...the rep did say he would have the installer call me directly. He didn't, so i left another message with the sales rep,and my call wasn't returned. I had to fix the issue myself. The floor turned out ok, but i was disappointed with the company's lack of follow up, apology for those 3 issues, not returning calls, and refusing responsibility for the errors. I probably wouldn't use again because of that, but the initial sales process was reaponsive, and the worksmanship was satisfactory.

Ordered laminate flooring through this company, and I would not recommend. Almost a week went by without any update on my order, so I reached out to get information on my order. Don't expect a phone call or an email in return, absolutely poor communication. It took several phone calls just to find out that what was ordered was not even in stock. Save yourself the hassle, and go elsewhere.

Detailed. Professional. Flexible. Quality over Quantity. Would highly recommend J Wood Flooring. Made our home look new again.

Carpet installed today by these guys. Looks good and professional.
