Alex and team did a great job refinishing my hardwood floors!

We have been consistently dissatisfied with Bruce's from day one. We bid out a ~1100sf engineered hardwood floor job to three different folks. We were mostly set on an engineered hardwood because of the conditions of the rooms and a preference for wood over more synthetic materials. Bruce's pitched luxury vinyl hard. We really felt like we weren't being listened to. We explained numerous times that my girlfriend would be assigned to a 6 month job overseas one week after moving into our home and time was the number one factor in choosing between the three bids because I wanted her to have time to move in and set up the house before leaving so that she would have a HOME to look forward to returning to. I know it's a small thing, but they kept referring to my girlfriend as my wife. It didn't bother us, but it should have been an indicator that they weren't listening. We went with Bruce's because the manager promised our job would be done on time. She even said the words, "we do what we say we're going to do". I reserve high regard for folks who operate that way, with integrity. I'll sum up an already long review with numbers: The original target completion date was February 23. It is April 16 and the job is not complete. Three times I took off work to accommodate their schedule in which they did not show up (including today in which they showed up, but only to tell me in person that they didn't have time to do any work). Once they showed up after I was told they'd work late but took off at 4:30pm to cash paychecks before the bank closed and did not return. Twice they had to procure supplies, because they didn't estimate the job correctly the first time. $700 more we paid than the next best bidder, but only because we were assured by Bruce's the job would be completed withing our time frame. Bruce's has been consistently unprofessional and unreliable and has shown no desire to take accountability for the problems and hassles they've caused.

They have made an enormous improvement in the quality and design of my hardwoods, laid to prefection..eye catching and color scheme to enhance walls of my old building ..in the front entry it's amazing ..everyone comments on the new look they created..Bill was instumental in design and color choices , he was right on target.let these professional help you when making choices that last for many years as well as increasing resale value to your business...Getting the other flooring replaced soon..thanks for your impressive craftmanship!!

The folks that run this store are some of the nicest I have met, my gripe comes with the pro desk. I have been battling to get trusses made for 4 months now. Started with trying by my self for 2 of those months and with no communication from companies I thought Lowe's could get the ball rolling for me, FAR from the truth. Granted one order was placed however i realized it was the wrong design that the company sent back drawings of so i had them cancel and redesign after that, I had to call the Lowe's individual multple times or else I wouldn't hear a thing! I would send a email and two days later call about the status " oh uh let me check, I haven't checked my email recently....ah here it is!' Really? Your job is to help with the commercial side of things!? I guess when an individual comes in for a residential project that won't bring big money the Pro Desk doesn't prioritize us as a high priority. I have resumed my attempt of having trusses made on my own again since I still was doing all the leg work .

After a year of waiting for David to finish our floors, I have given up hope. I lost track of how many times he gave us specific times that he would be here to finish his work and did not call or show up...easily a dozen times. Our contract included shoe molding installation/finishing and replacement of wood that was damaged by years of moisture. He did not do these. He verbally told us that he did not like rough areas in several spots and would like to fix those, which he also did not do. Unfortunately, he was paid in full at the outset of work as it was part of our closing settlement. I absolutely regret that and choosing him. I would strongly encourage you to pay a little more to work with someone with a higher level of reliability and professionalism.

The price was definitely right. If you're looking for flooring on a tight budget I recommend looking here for a great deal.

The installers arrived on time and were accurate on the estimated time of installation. The installer was considerate of my property, clean, and truthfully answered all of my questions about the carpet. I was very pleased with the installation process and the professional attitude of the installers. I have not yet moved into the house to actually use the carpet, but it is beautiful and I feel will serve us well for years to come.

Bells did a great job on our carpet. They provided a fair price and a great warranty on the installation of the carpet.

Great customer service. Got us on the schedule quickly so we could have floors prior to moving. Overall, we are very pleased. Carpet installation was efficient. Overall, all the installers were great, Bill, the owner was fabulous. He gave me great recommendations for a plumber to fix a water issue and for other work we needed.
